If I could give zero stars, I would.
This was straight-up dangerous. Ordered boneless wings and they came out RAW in the middle, pink, translucent chicken under a fried coating. That is not a mistake, that is a health violation.
For a corporate chain whose entire identity is chicken, this is embarrassing. This isn’t just on the cook, this falls on management and corporate standards. Somewhere between the kitchen and the managers signing off on quality, common sense disappeared.
No apology, no urgency, no accountability, just undercooked chicken that could’ve made someone seriously sick. Customers shouldn’t have to act as their own food safety inspectors.
If this is the level of quality Buffalo Wild Wings is okay with, people deserve to know before eating here. Completely unacceptable.

I pulled up at 11:15pm to pick up an order. It appeared they were closed because all the lights were off. They were open until 12am but apparently not taking any more orders and refusing to make the order I was picking up for an Uber customer. The order was still on the screen but they claimed it was gone or someone else has picked it up. They would not remake it. Another customer walked in for his own order and they said they didn’t get it and weren’t making any more food tonight. This was a half an hour before their actual close time. The young girl was clearly irritated anyone bothered to walk in and try to talk to her and told me to cancel my order because they’re closing. I asked what time they close and she tell me 12am which was still a half an hour away.

Place was clean and there’s two tables you can eat your food at. Overall worker didn’t even say hi just asked for the order and that’s it. Food was okay not great wings were dry.

I am not going to lie, I stopped eating B-Dubs for quite some time because the service and quality was just not the same. I gave this one a go and it was some of the best B-Dubs I’ve ever had. Everything was hot and fresh and I appreciated the swiftness. Thanks Anthony! I will definitely be back!

I was looking for something quick nearby. My order was ready soon enough but one of the sauces was wrong, I’m glad I checked it before I left. The manager, I think his name was Anthony, was so professional and patient when fixing it, corrected my order with no issues. The quality and cleanliness of the store has really upgraded lately, I actually stopped coming to this location a little while back because everything kept coming out stale or overcooked and messy but the quality has actually been better (n the store smells better smh lol).

Alot of bad reviews but today I ordered tenders and we’ll the app doesn’t say they weren’t available but when I went to get my order the girl on the counter told me they didn’t have tenders. I got kind of upset but what can I do about it? I just asked her how I get My points back and she helped me. What surprised me though was that she told me that she made me some boneless wings and she wasn’t charging me for it. She was so nice and I really appreciated that she did that for me.
