I have been going to Jade Express since forever since the food is worth the price. They fill up my plate and are very patient with me when I don’t know what I want to order(since I like trying different variations) . Also I went to get food with my brother today and saw that they are selling boba and I had to get one. Overall nice employees, reasonable price, and tasty food!

I love their food, but i ordered ginger chicken, lo mein and steamed vegetables. They write on the box that they ran out of ginger chicken, then instead of giving me another meat like orange chicken or something, they just pile my plate over halfway with lo mein noodles??? Why on earth would i need this many noodles. I would add a picture if it would let me.

I came to Jade express at 4:20 I ordered some noodles and some chicken the man who served me put just a little bit of noodles so my mother asked for more noodles, the guy just looked at her and said “ what I gave you is enough and that is a lot of noodles”. So my mother just said nothing and went to go pay when we where leaving the guy said have a good day in a very sarcastic way, when we were leaving we heard them all laughing. Never come to this place unless you want bad service and terrible food.

This place is definitely a killer spot for the amount of food for price. You literally can not beat it. They have all kinds of different combos to offer. They also have sushi that honestly is not bad. I highly recommend you stop in and eat it there or get it to go. You will not be disappointed!!!!!

Their food is great so I will give credit where credit is due but I went in yesterday got a single plate with one meat and a spring roll and they charged me 26$ for something that typically $12. I got less than a full plate of food and was super disappointed. I’m not sure if I was charged wrong or if prices have increased that much recently but I most likely won’t be returning.

I have been putting off a negative review trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I have been coming here for years and it used to be great, but it keeps going down hill. Tonight my husband went and placed an order to go : three 1 meat and 2 side meals, drinks and 6 spring rolls. The noodles were fine but everything else was sub par. The chicken was over cooked and chewy, the spring rolls were so over cooked you could barely bite into them so we ended up tossing all 6 of them in the trash. The rice would have been fine if they gave us a decent amount, all 3 plates had very little rice. I thought there would be some under the noodles but there wasn’t. It was about 4 bites of rice in each plate.

Service fantastic. The manager always pleasant.
Atmosphere has never been less than great. I don’t recall anyone ever absurdly complaining (only a few occasions when mistakes do happen), service being poor or unfriendly, nor food being questionable.

Order through Uber Eats to eat from this place. We got our trays, however, mine was fine, just as ordered. However, my girlfriend ordered habatchi chicken with hibatchi fried rice and vegetables. When we got the food, it was full of vegetables and maybe a few pieces of chicken and NO RICE! How do you forget the rice. We even paid extra for it.
I tried calling and it kept ringing and I tried this maybe 5-10 minutes but no answer. Very unprofessional. Was a horrible first experience too.
