Disappointed with my sausage biscuit today. I never knew that Wawa had a sausage biscuits but I discovered it about a month ago. My first two were great. Much larger than the fast food places and they were nicely toasted, it was great. Today (February 2026) I got my third biscuit and it was just the same as the other fast food places. Small, greasy, kind of undercooked. I hope this is just a one-off but did something happen? Did somebody leave and now the quality has gone downhill?

For a $10 salad, I’d expect fresh ingredients. The tomatoes tasted sour and the cucumbers were gross. It’s not always like this, but make sure you check because they wont

I love Wawa. Maybe I used to like it a lot more but right now it is still a place. I’m always happy to stop at. Good and affordable food. Quick checkout. And overall happy to have it here.

This Wawa has really gone downhill in both quality and customer service. It used to be a great place, with seating areas where you could enjoy your food and drinks but those are gone now. The inside of the store is dirty and smells bad. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting strong urine odor, dirty urinals, toilets in terrible condition, and paper all over the floor.
The checkout lines are always long, and often you have to wait for someone from food prep to come help at the register. The self-checkouts frequently don’t work either. Overall, this location needs serious attention better management and staff who actually care about maintaining Wawa’s standards.

This Wawa reminds me of my Northeast upbringing for two reasons:

1) It’s a Wawa

2) Prices are Insane!
Crazy Eddy? No one? Whatever…

Gas and tobacco prices are rock bottom, so if that’s all you need, this place is great.

Packaged snacks and made to order food will boost your overall bill, and prices seem to increase monthly. On my most recent trip a made to order gas station cheese sandwich was $7.60… when’s Hoagiefest? A full 12″ PubSub is about that.. fresh from the deli. I wanted some ice cream for later… a pint of Ben and Jerry’s for $8.99… $1 more than a hand scooped pint from Carvel… or about the same price if you have the hand scooped pint delivered to your house. Possibly worse, Generic Wawa pints were $5.99. $7 for a medium bag of Lays chips and $5 for Herrs. To be fair I don’t know if the latter is the norm.

That’s the price for convenience I suppose, but the selection isn’t very convenient. There’s entire section of the small store devoted to stuff from the 90s no one bought back then… sunflower seeds, sour patch kids, welch’s fruit snacks. Also an entire section of Voodoo chips… which I’m pretty sure are sugar coated potato chips. The remainder is like 48 energy drink coolers and 2 end cap sized aisles of everything else. Well that and a massive beer cave larger than the store which you can’t go into without being chaperoned by one of the two employees.

Pretty sure the store is designed to drive MTO sales over snacks.

To be fair, this location is one of the cleanest and brightest spots East of the Turnpike on Lake Worth Rd… and not just gas stations. The selection and prices needs some improvements.

One day Sheetz will realize there’s a Florida, and Wawa will be in trouble when that happens. Until then… Wawas are very clean, bright and safe and this location is no exception.

Olivia, a manager I had the pleasure of meeting is an angel. Very compassionate and understanding. This location is lucky to have her.

Great location. There was an item that was sold out in the hot food section. Cream cheese pretzels. Yes I know they are fire. And I asked the lady behind the food prep station, and she was like no problem how many do u want I can put them in the oven. My heart litteraly melted thank you Lindsey or Leslie I can’t remember she was food beverage manager.6566 lake Worth rd

I used to frequent WAWA daily and spend a few hundred dollars a month between breakfast, lunch and drinks. That is no longer the case as I have encountered the rudest and poorest people skill employee at the Lake Worth and Jog rd. location making food. This is a shame as many customers I used to see there now stop at the Race Track at Lake Worth and Palomino Rd.

They have picked up so many new customers and do a much better job with customer service than WAWA. The female behind the counter is rude and refused to cut burrito’s in half as well as adding any condiments or things they have in the food bar directly in front of them.

Now I prefer to go to WAWA when she is not there as all the employees are friendly and always cut burritos, or add pickles or condiments without hesitation. Since we are usually buying 3- 5 sandwiches or burritos at the same time.

To the management you need to train your staff to be friendlier and cater to your regular customers that spend a lot of money with you for the service and food. Please do not let poor mannered, bitter staff be the downfall of any of your locations.

To anyone reading this find a different location or go to Race Track to be sure you will get what your looking for. COVID has drawn out to many creepy employees and it’s hurting the customer experience.

Just had a breakfast burrito and it was amazing it came out so hot i could barely eat it. The orange juice tastes like it was fresh squeezed. I love coming here the people are always so nice there.
Edit so i come here kinda often so this wasn’t the first time so i thought i should say something but the people on the food line kinda of suck i bought an Italian panini which was good until i bit into the wax paper that was in the sandwich. Eeww
