Very disappointed at Panda Express. The noodles were all broken and it was mostly cabbage, almost like leftover scraps from the bottom of the pan. Honestly, this was the worst meal I’ve ever had from Panda Express. I only picked out a little for my child to eat and ended up throwing the rest away.

Very quick & friendly service. The restaurant was extremely clean and my online order was ready early. In addition to a good amount of inside seating there is an outside courtyard with fountain. Lots of tables with umbrellas & a Starbucks nearby as well. I would absolutely recommend to stop by only bummer is parking can be a challenge sometimes.

the food is decent but they literally serve you the absolutely smallest portions. i’ve never been to any panda express or other chinese food place that serves their portions so small. when you go to a place like this you expect a large or at least semi generous serving of food especially when you need something quick and you’re hungry. this so so insanely disappointing

I asked can you make up rest with super greens. She got mad. And then the 2nd guy after her made a snarky comments.
Everyone is getting tired of big box stores attitudes. I did nothing wrong.
I haven’t been to Panda in months. Looks like Ill be back on my soap box telling people to boycott that major big box stores as much as possible.
Consumers don’t deserve the bad attitudes from most big box chains.

I didn’t personally enjoy the Beijing Beef, which is made with sweet and sour sauce. Regardless, it was still high quality, along with the rest of the food. Kenni took my order and answered my questions perfectly, and the restaurant, along with the bathroom, was clean.

Really disappointing experience at Panda Express today. After waiting in line, their system crashed, and because of that they said they couldn’t do anything for the customers who had already been standing there. We were basically the last ones in line, and instead of offering any kind of solution — like at least giving the food that was clearly going to end up wasted — all they said was “sorry.” I’ve worked in the hospitality industry before and this is not the way you go about things.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this has got to be the worst service I have received. I visited the location at the end of their shift (30minutes before closing), and I understand that the workers are tired and wanting to go home. However, they are still on the clock, and they need to pay attention to detail. I ordered a plate with two entrees. The worker told me to wait 5-10 minutes to make more. I didn’t mind that. After waiting more than 20 minutes, the worker finally all the orders that were pending. Anyway, after getting home and opening the box, the worker didn’t add the second entree that I waited for. At this point, the location was already closed. I know, I should’ve check before leaving the location, but I was just trying to get home. This location lost a customer.

The staff do not care enough to give you sauce when you specifically ask for it I’ve ordered my food 3 times and asked them to please give me some soy sauce and every time there’s none in the bag. Incredibly lazy staff do better.

Got food poisoning here! My friend and I ordered the chow mein, orange chicken, and sesame chicken. Sadly, I can’t go back to Panda after this experience.
