I haven’t been to Atlantic City in years and forgot that February was the “off-season”, and many places were closed for the season. I was searching for a deli, and found this place empty over Presidents’ Day weekend.
There were two young ladies working… We asked them if we were in the “right place”? They assured us that we were, and asked us what we wished to order. We decided to dine in.
The lentil soup was amazing and the cold sandwiches were overflowing with meat… I was directed to a fountain drink as they offered refills. We couldn’t finish our food and took enough home for two more meals.

We’re happy to have Sacko’s back! The remodel looks great. Nice new menu that includes dinner items. Sandwich was excellent, spaghetti and meatballs were decent. The 4 stars is because we requested onion rings with our order at least 3 times and when we got home we didn’t have them. We didn’t pay for them but we were extremely disappointed. With that small hiccup, they are worth the trip.

Genuinely very upset with my order – I ordered at 3:20pm and didn’t receive my order until 4:34, the cheesesteak is almost cold and the fries are not hot or crispy at all. It’s just disappointing as a local who lives 5 minutes away – I called twice and was told every 25 minutes they were close by. Would’ve picked it up if I knew this was how it would arrive

consistency is key, and sadly sacko’s is anything but consistent. some days, the sandwiches are made with such attention to detail, one might consider it an art form. other days, the sandwich barely resembles anything edible, and scoffs in the face of grateness

Way nicer than White Wash, staff greet you upon entering, clear area for you to sit or take your order immediately. They are fast, efficient and by far one of the best organized and cleanest places to take out or eat in. Don’t waste your time on that disorganized White House unless you like waiting around for nothing.

Sack O KNOWS how to make delicious subs, hoagies, chicken tenders and fries. The bread they use for the subs and hoagies is just perfect with any menu selection. I love the variety of vegetarian choices on their menu. I had their grilled roast pepper & portobello mushroom sub as well as their vegetarian sub with broccoli, spinach, roasted peppers & mushrooms. They will cater to ingredients you want to add or remove (in my case cheese and onions). The food is excellent and so satisfying every time I’ve eaten there with the family.
