Have you ever been to a Dunkin’ Donuts and someone actually asks how you are doing like genuinely. I come to this new location quite often and every single person is happy, kind, and cordial. I don’t often write reviews but I wanted to point out how lovely the people are that work at this location. Kindness goes really far these days, and I thank them for the embarrassingly often continuity! The kindness is not generic but rather on a hard day, those Dunkin associates reminded me there are nice people on this world still! 😉 Thank you for always seeming like you care about your customers. It means more than you know, especially when we don’t know what people are going through!

This is my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts in America they just recently opened this location and it’s gorgeous inside. It’s huge and there is a drive through as well. Customer service is outstanding. Been coming in daily and at this point they hand me my coffee before I even get a chance an order. If you’re in the area I 100% recommend to stop by for a cup of coffee ☕️ and some donuts

Completely agree with the other user! Avoid this place completely. My kids won’t eat the donuts (avid Dunkin fans normally). They’re clearly old and not fresh, the cream is rancid. The staff is really bad! What a disappointment, we were really excited to see it come here and then met the staff and tasted the week old donuts! Ugh. I’ll have to continue driving a little further to the Archer rd location. Awesome there. The young Indian guy was the bad one for me today. Really inappropriate and I heard him interacting with others – very disturbing. Makes me concerned about what you don’t see happening there.

I picked up coffee and donuts on 10/16 in the morning and the african american lady that was at the cashier was extremely rude. After I placed my order, i was waiting for my drink and then noticed there was one at the table to which I said oh “is this my order? I didn’t know it was ready” to which the lady very rudely said “WELL IF YOU CAN READ YOU WOULD KNOW”…. Will not be going to this location again if it just opened and staff are rude already. I will mention the rest of the staff seemed friendly.
