My husband and I wanted to get Snoballs today. I said let’s try suga Mama I’ve hear they’re pretty good. We get there order BBQ nachos,coke and Bob Marley flavor my husband asked would ice cream be on top of the snoball he was told no it’s in the middle. We’re halfway home as my husband gets to the middle of the snoball our receipt paper is in the middle of it!! How on earth do you make a snoball and not realize the customer receipt is in the middle of the snoball. Went back to return the item no apology offered just it’s being made over. It wasn’t freshly made over the snoball supposedly was made over but he got the same cup from the same one! Crazy. Definitely last time going here. This is so unsanitary!

I love the cheesecake or the fat boy.. my kids tried almost all of their flavors.. when I go back I’m going to have to try the banana pudding. Great customer service only thing is I hate did they close to East Memphis location. By the time I make it back home with all the kids stuff is melting. But other than that never had a issue. The wait is not that long. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

I visited this place Friday and was excited about the cheesecake snowcone as others who had been here years ago told me about it. I walked in to an empty space, no chairs or tables for customers to even wait. I inquired about the snowcone with the cheesecake on top and the representative quickly corrected me and told me it’s in the middle now, which was fine. I leave and begin eating it. Though the snowcone (which it mostly consisted of) had a shortcake like taste, the very small amount of crumbled-like cheesecake pieces were disgusting (and I generally don’t describe food this way as I can find something even the taste, texture, presentation, or something good about it). It essentially taste like I was eating blocks of cream cheese (no sugar, vanilla, nada added) with a STRONG freezer burnt crust…I literally almost threw up eating it. I’m guessing they thought the snowcone part would mask the flavor and scant portions of the cheesecake, but it did NOT . I wanted to go back or call, but based on the atmosphere, I didn’t feel like it would go anywhere. I was however upset about it costing $12+ and me leaving a tip, but NEVER AGAIN.

Overall experience was a 5 Start experience. The customer service was really good. Staff was courteous and helpful. I had no idea which snowball to get, so the cashier suggested Tiger Blood. I tried it and it was delicious. The nachos were really good too! If you haven’t been yet, go try them. I think you will be happy you did.

I love this place! SugaMama is from NOLA and you can taste it. Her snoballs are delicious (try the banana pudding one) and she really knows how to cook some crawfish for her crawfish nachos. The prices are reasonable, the staff is super friendly, and I’m definitely coming back!
