After reviewing some of the bad reviews I noticed that most of them are a year or older. I have eat in and take out at this location several times and the food is always tasty hot and fresh. The decor is beautiful and love the fireplace aroma. It’s not very common to find an establishment this clean and neat. Definitely coming back love their lunch specials

Pleasantly surprised! Shrimp lo mein and sesame chicken tasted really good—very flavorful! The price was decent too, $29 dinner for two.

The place is quaint, small, locally owned. The food was subpar. Ordered (listed as chef’s special) lemon chicken, was bland, underseasoned, not cut in any way. The lemon sauce tasted like lemon water with added gelatin to thicken it up. The rice that came as a side was also bland and unseasoned. The only seasoning in the pork fried rice was the seasoning that was added to the pork before cooking it, this made the rice at least somewhat not terrible. Chicken lo mein was also bland and unflavored aside from the cooked ingredients. Pork spare ribs were actually flavorful, crispy, tasty. It’s unfortunate that the only person who can season only cooks the pork at this establishment.
To top it all off, this location did not provide utensils or napkins, and they charge a 3.9% fee to cover their card processing costs. This is higher than most local establishments, and I imagine its to take a little ‘off the top’ since I have zero trouble believing their sales do well.

Had orange chicken tonight and just awful. Tasted like it was already sitting around for hours after picking it up. Just crap. Looked like crap too. I don’t know how often the people who praise this place get out and try other Chinese but this was gross.

Food is so good that I will drive past the Chinese restaurant that delivers to pick up food here. I like the General Tso’s chicken, and the happy family, and the roast pork lo mein.

Fair at best. Bland, needed tons of soy sauce (which they didn’t include by the way…who ever heard of a Chinese restaurant not including packs of soy and duck sauce???) to make it somewhat flavorful. Mushy carrots, hot and sour soup not the least bit spicy. Disappointing. Won’t go back.
***UPDATE***, well, imagine that, I did go back. Had a craving, and it was on the way, so I figured I’d give it another chance. WOW!! Huge difference!! I believe they must have gotten a new chef. Everything I ordered was outstanding. Fresh vegetables, excellent soup, overall very tasty. Pleasantly surprised and will definitely return now. I would change my rating to 5 stars…it was that good.

Great food, always fast and fresh. I’ve tried all of the chinese places in the area and this is BY FAR the best overall. General Tso’s, Szechuan Beef, Sweet & Sour, Boneless Ribs are just a few of my go to’s.
