Great little outdoor restaurant!
We were just passing through and saw the reviews for this place and thought we’d check it out. So glad that we did. The food was amazing ! We had a couple of burgers and our boys enjoyed the Mac-n-cheese.
It does take a little bit of time to get your food but the atmosphere is laid back and the set-up makes it easy to enjoy your time around the table having a conversation.
We’ll definitely be stopping by again in the future.

It was a beautiful January day in Gonzales Texas! We wanted to eat outside so we decided to try the Fire City Grill and couldn’t have been happier. Very good hamburger and thick fries. I ordered 1/2 chicken, the meat was tender and came with tortillas, grilled onion,jalapeños and a tomatillo sauce. So good. Service was fast. After talking to our nice server I decided to try a Lone Star Lite and it was surprisingly good. Everything just came together perfectly. I shared some chicken skin with Archie.

A fresh new hangout place in town! The atmosphere is great and the waitstaff is very friendly and attentive. Live music is awesome! Oh, and the food is top notch!

Great burgers. Creamed corn was small for the price, but was good. All outside seating, so it has to be good weather to go unless you order to go.

Sat under the trees and enjoyed a delightful breeze! The hamburger was absolutely delicious! The chopped beef sandwich was disappointing, the meat was cold and full of grease. Our waitress was exceptionally friendly and efficient. We’ll definitely go back for the atmosphere, service and burgers 🙂

Recommended by several of my friends. Stopped by after a nice ride up on my motorcycle from Corpus. They treated me like I was a frequent customer and an old friend, even though this was my first, but not last, time there. Ordered the Fire City Grill burger. Big, juicy beautiful patty on a sweet bun with an amazing Chipotle sauce. Served with seasoned fries. It was all I could do to finish this big burger, but I did. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Outside dining on the patio made it even better. Beautiful day, great people and great food. Highly recommend.

The food is outstanding! The chicken was perfect. The brisket was was tender with the perfect amount of smoke flavor. The sausage was amazing. The only downside is you have to dine outside. It was 102 today. They need more shade and maybe some misters. Even with it being hot we really enjoyed ourselves and will be back.
