First time dining at this location. Place is the cleanest establishment I’ve seen in the Jimmy John’s Family. Staff were kind and friendly when taking my order. My sandwich was made promptly and came out within minutes. I really enjoyed my sandwich!!

I’m very disappointed tht this location decides to turn away a $30 order just bc they claimed their ovens were off 30 minutes prior to closing so they could clean the store up. Don’t offer toasted subs, and allow me to place my online order, drive to the location just to be told the ovens are off bc corporate wants you out 3 minutes after closing! We clearly order from this location at least 3 times a wk but you’ve lost a customer bc of your LAZY staff!

Food is very consistent but it is still just a sandwich. It used to be impressively fast with pleasant service which made it nice to go there. Now the people seem grumpy and are very slow. There were four people working and two of us in line. We waited for several minutes for them to take the order of the first person while the employees just wandered around and chatted. When one came to take orders, he had a piece of napkin shoved up his nose. Kinda gross… Only one person was actually making sandwiches.
I also miss the funny signs they used to have all over. Now it is generic, boring, slow, and generally unpleasant to visit.

Usually I don’t have problems here. But today, I stopped in to get a sandwich for lunch before work and when I opened it up there was literally one single piece of Turkey on the entire sandwich. Was very disappointed, I paid 8 dollars for some bread and lettuce 🙁
