I tried the new pan pizza. Unfortunately I was disappointed. Half of the pizza wasn’t a pan pizza cuz it didn’t even make it up the edge. I’ll have to stick to the normal pizza here, which has always been delicious.

Had a really frustrating experience picking up my order. When I gave my name at the counter, the employee working the front immediately said my order wasn’t there. I double-checked and showed him my confirmation, and he responded with “that doesn’t help me,” in a pretty dismissive tone.
Less than a minute later, he looked again and found my pizza sitting right there the whole time. No apology, no acknowledgment-just attitude.
Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unprofessional. A simple apology and better customer service would’ve made a big difference. I expect more respect when picking up an order I already paid for.

Order a well done pizza. It was burnt on the top and uncooked. Customer service below average. I was so excited to go to this location, but the people who works there hates their job and they make sure to show it.

Went there for a pickup with my kids. Spend close to a 100$ for a pizza and wings. Got an attitude from the lady working there on the order and after she demanded I assist her on fixing the order didn’t say have a great day or thank you for coming to Papa John’s. She only said do you need a receipt and I said no and Thank you. She forgot to give me the bread sticks I ordered. Sad customer service nowadays is on the customer more then the company. This is why I don’t order out but once in a blue moon.

I call them about 45 minutes before closing. To order for delivery I only live 2 mins away from the store. When they were taking my order they purposely wasted my time and energy. After being on the phone for 30 mins I was finally able to place my order. Moments after they called me back telling me that they cannot accept my order because it is too close to closing. They purposely wasted time so they wouldn’t have to service me. Disgraceful service

We ordered here for the first time before seeing all the reviews 0.0 We were a little worried but it actually wasn’t bad. The lady at the front was less than friendly but whatever, I was there for pizza not friends. We ordered the spinach and tomato pizza and the cheese stuffed crust. It’s crazy people are mad they aren’t in delivery area. You can’t base your review strictly off, “they don’t deliver to me”. Ok? And so what if a different place does deliver? Order from there instead then. Or drive up yourself and make a full decision after you’ve actually had food from there. The food is fantastic. The majority of the staff was super helpful and the order came out sooner than I expected. Overall very good

We are 4.1 miles from the pizza place yet we are out of the delivery range. Bella roma moved further away from us yet they still come deliver to us? And you’re this big pizza corporation? It’s just crazy. Should probably consider changing this because looks like you lost a lot of customers already over it.
