They rushed the orders with machines that sound like they’re breaking. The mixing bowl mash up was completely not made right. They just threw whatever they wanted in it, the Carmel toffee cookie dough was always made incorrectly and RUSHED. None of the blizzards were even mixed throughly. The absolute worst DQ experience I’ve ever had and a complete waste of my time and money. The young employees need to actually pay attention, slow down and do their jobs correctly or NOT at all. Horrible, dont recommend. Its worth the trip to the greensburg location by lynch if you want to eat in at a DQ

I don’t know who the owner is of this store but they need to get an actual adult in this building. Teens working the whole thing is just not a good idea. I went in on 4/27/25 at like 8pm it was busy there was three teenagers probably the age of 15 which is illegal…. Anyway, there was 3 of them working we waited for almost 50 minutes 50 minutes for ice cream be so for real. people after us went in and out before we got our stuff. Not only did we wait super long, they lost our order completely lost our ticket for 50 minutes absolutely ridiculous, again hence why children should not be running a store, pathetic. Oh and not only did we wait that long them loosing our ticket, they gave us the wrong stuff I ordered a medium blizzard with extra brownies paid for that got none of that it wasn’t even the right blizzard it had brownie batter in it which is absolutely not what i ordered. This store is an absolute disaster it either needs shut down or not be run by kids and an actual adult needs to step in I will absolutely never be going back the irwin store is so much better than whatever they wanna call a business and this is going to be escalated higher, someone has to intervene somewhere. I just can’t even believe the experience I had. Will never spend my money that this place ever again.

Post hours indicate the drive-through is open until 9:30 PM daily. Pulled into the drive-through at 9:21 PM and no one acknowledged my presence. Sat there for six minutes, and watched them then turn out the lights and totally ignore the fact that the vehicle was waiting. All I wanted was a child’s ice cream cup. Please tell your staff thank you very much for letting a three year-old cry their way home. Sincerely hope the extra several minutes they gained were worth it.

They are the sweetest their little cupcake mini ice cream things are literally so good they make them the best I’ve tried the other dairy Queens but this particular one makes the best my kids love their blizzards in the hot fudge milkshake they always make everything the best even their food

Honestly I eat here far too much. I hate making left turns and this is on thr right side of thr road for my drive home.
Anyway….. Burgers are pretty good for fast food. Better than McDonald’s by far. Blizzards are always a welcome addition to a meal.
Staff is friendly and they work quickly.

I brought my basketball team here following a game to reward them I gave the staff a heads up that we were coming and we still got horrible service the blizzards barely had anything in them there was ice cream all over every Cup every parent had to clean off everything before giving it to their child you’re better off going to the Dairy Queen on Route 22 or down to Sweet Buzz waste of time and a waste of a lot of money the only bonus is that it is very clean and well-maintained
