Wow what a disappointing lunch! I got two pieces of bread and MAYBE an ounce of filling. And paid $9.15 for it. Thankfully I got an ounce of chips with it. Would have returned it, but went through the drive thru to get it quickly. Service was good, drive thru quick, but probably because they didn’t spend much time building my sandwich. Too bad not worth what I paid to still be hungry after having a meal.

People have got to be jokin’ when they say this Panera is a bad experience?? We visited today December 27 and the food came out very quickly and everyone working was super friendly and kind.
The food was delicious too. I honestly think you can’t beat Panera for a delicious classic lunch. Sandwiches and soup. Nothing better than a classic.

There are a lot of really harsh reviews for this location but I have been a few times and have had zero issues. Staff is friendly, food came out fast and was up to Panera standards. I do wish they had some booths to sit in, however.

I really tried to like this new location, but I am highly disappointed. The first time I bought the Chicken Frontega they left the basil off. So the second time I bought it I asked for extra basil. They were out of basil. The last time was the final straw for me. My husband called to tell me that their oven stopped working so he ordered a turkey sandwich for us and our son. It was poorly made. The bread was hard and cold with TWO THIN slices of turkey. It was so much sauce on it that I couldn’t eat it because it wouldn’t stay together. They also left the meat off of my husband’s sandwich. The broccoli and cheddar soup was lukewarm. To be honest $42.00 is a lot of money to spend something that’s not edible. If it wasn’t too late I would have taken it back that night. Panera Bread you all must do better because looking at the the previous reviews it’s not looking to good. Customers pay too much money to be served crappie food and crappie service. I might have a change of heart, but as of right now it’s a NO for me from this location.

We came back to give them another chance. The cashier Danielle, was very slow when responding. Took 2 minutes to count change. I ordered a bread bowl and she didn’t tell me they were out. I ordered a cinnamon roll and it was not put in my to go order. She wondered around aimlessly as if she didn’t know what she was doing. When she did do work she was equally as slow and acted like she didn’t know what she was doing again. I tried giving a fair chance but she just didn’t sell me on coming back to this location.
Do not come here if you want ZERO help from staff. My elderly mother in law came in and was directed to a kiosk to order her food. She was obviously struggling and the cashier (Allie) just stood and watched. My brother in law also had the same issue. I walk in and see the kiosk spinning. Allie makes direct eye contact and doesn’t speak. They had cash to pay with and the kiosk only takes card. She then says they can’t transfer the order over. She barely spoke, didn’t offer to help with placing the order at the register, anything. She just stood there and stared. I had to engage her and ask her what to do since the kiosk was spinning and she just looked at me. This is not worth the price nor the experience you expect. My daughters grills cheese was burnt, the sandwiches weren’t properly labeled… horrible experience.

The staff is nice. However, kiosk ordering can never receive higher than a 3 for service. They were out of most side options at 6pm including chips and fruit. Choosing no side is an option, but they still charge full price which isn’t customer friendly; who really needs a hard baguette with their sandwich? This isn’t the fault of the employees, but it is of the location and chain.

For some reason the three grilled cheese sandwiches I ordered were soggy and cold. They obviously had been microwaved and definitely not grilled. The bread was soft and white and the cheese was hard. Very disgusting. This was the 2nd or 3rd time we’ve tried eating here, so we won’t be back. Reminds me of when I was 7 or so and made my mom a “grilled cheese sandwich” by heating it up in the microwave.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I placed my order on the app at 8:12 PM, and confirmed that my order would be delivered by 9:08 PM. I called the store at 9:16 PM to get an update on the status of my order because the app still showed that my order was being processed. The girl that answered the phone said that my order was just picked up and out for delivery. I live less than 3 miles from the store. It is now 9:47PM, and I still do not have my order.
This is terrible service and I will NEVER order from them again nor will I recommend anyone going to this location.
