I really dislike that this Dominos location is closest to me. The Dominos location by Towson University is WAYYYY better! I ordered a Pan Pizza and requested “Well Done”, but somehow the dough was still mushy and undercooked, to the point where I had to remove the mushy dough from my mouth while chewing smh. Within the last 12-14 months, this is my 3rd-4th time giving this location a try since it’s closest, but it’s been bad everytime. Please do better for customers.

When you actually get pizza, it’s usually great. When any kind of issue crops up, service is terrible. This time, the app shows my pizza order and delivery completed… but no pizza. The phone number for the store is “experiencing difficulty” and disconnects. The web link provided doesn’t work. So, I’m out a pizza, apparently, and have no way to contact this business to make it right. If the store continues to have such frequent difficulty with staffing or equipment, this franchise should just close.

So , we ordered 2 cheese steak subs for dinner with onions , mushrooms , peppers and provolone and what we were delivered had me shocked . The cook who prepared these should be fired . Unacceptable! Never spending my $ there ever again! Ridiculous to send this out to a customer . SMH

These guys have been so consistent in delivering stale, tasteless and ridiculous pizza.

I’ll start by saying I had to get my money back. Ordered two pan crust pizzas and well I’ll just leave the pictures here to speak for the rest. One bite has my stomach sick. Trash ‼️

Ordered online, said the order was ready for pickup at 2:38PM. Walked in at 2:40, and they said it had just been put in the oven. Then this is what I get. Half chicken bacon, balf chicken green pepper. Half a dozen huge bubbles that were not popped in the oven, even though the employee just sat and watched it go through the oven. One slice has no sauce or cheese at all because of the bubble, and I don’t have time to wait for a replacement since the extra time I had was used up getting the pizza in the first place. I was the only order in the store for three length of my presence and the only thing right about my order was the name, probably only because I entered it online myself. So much of the pizza had bubbles underneath, as shown in the third photo, and then the bottom was burnt and crumpled when bitten.
Haven’t had particularly noteworthy experiences with this store in the past, they aren’t usually this bad. But this one was atrocious.

You get what you pay for…and I tried the $9.99 special last night and got sick. I wish I’d taken pictures, because what little cheese, vegetable toppings and “premium chicken” they put on was extremely scarce…and what was there (other than the precooked chicken) was uncooked…including the onions. I was up at 1, 3 and 5 AM sick, and stayed home from work because I threw out my back puking. I can’t even think about pizza right now…but I can type I’ll be going back to Papa John’s in the future.

The food arrived hot and the driver was very nice, however the food was not great. I ordered the dips and breadsticks and more than half of my breadsticks were hard and burnt so I couldn’t eat them. They were also extremely oily.
