Absolutely amazing sandwiches!! A friend introduced me to this place and I’ve been hooked ever since. The prices of the sandwiches don’t bother me since the quality of the food is so high in my opinion. I’ve never had issues with the quality, temperature or anything like that.

I AM NOT A FAN OF SUBS & SANDWICH SHOPS! I AM A FAN OF POTBELLY!!! The ABSOLUTE BEST I have EVER tasted. We are working @ the University and coworkers chose Potbelly Sandwich. I started to go to Blaze Pizza instead. I’m thankful I stuck with Potbelly’s. DELICIOUS ! ALL my coworkers agree that this is the BEST sub/sandwich spot we have ever eaten @. I had the flat bread chicken n cheese with bacon, mayo, olive oil and Italian seasoning toasted to perfection……….OH MY GOODNESSS!!!! 2 WORDS……SKRUMP……. SHUSH!!!!! Really nice spot. A little small so get there before the crowd. The strawberry shake was small but good and just enough. You gotta drop in whenever near Iowa State University. Oh! I almost forgot…The service was very fast and pleasant. Friendly smiling faces . Your boy The RIBOLOGIST IS OUT ✌

Never thought before going in that I’d be getting a sandwich with bleu cheese and horseradish on it, but that’s just one of the many options that this place has.

Sandwiches are good tasting, but not amazing. Mostly because the ingredients were definitely not evenly spaced – there was a big chunk of bleu cheese in the middle of my sandwich, and then the ends were just pure beef.

I ordered and recommend the “A Wreck” sandwich! The fact they have your sandwich run through a toaster oven makes it much better than the other sandwich shops. Milkshakes are very tasty too!

The lettuce was old, wilted, brown, and yellow. Honestly, why would you look at that and think it is alright to serve to someone? Lettuce is the easiest thing to look at and determine it is old and bad. Yet, there they are still dishing it out. Makes me wonder how they keep up with determining other, less obvious things have gone bad. The roast beef was bland, bordering on flavorless. The only things on the sandwich worth eating were the tomato slices and the bread.
