If i could give negative stars i would. Waited for our food for 20 minutes in drive thru. Just to get a burnt chicken and biscuit. No biscuit and gravy that we ordered. No hash rounds that we ordered. Walked in to get what i order “paid for”. Waited even longer to get correct order Next time hold the attitude. Its your job .

An absolute banger of an establishment. The workers are friendly and it’s super clean. All of their food is good as well, and they have a fairly diverse, but humble menu.

The food was good. But the person that was waiting on us. Was worried more about his phone. when I was ordering he took his phone out and laid it on the counter and was looking at it. Didn’t offer anything to make more sale. They was very slow maybe 2 customers in the building the floor didn’t look like they have sweeper all day, tables was nasty. I had work at a different Hardee’s for 6 1/2 hrs and if that place looked like it did at this one we would have been getting in trouble big time.

Every time I go through the drive-thru at Hardee’s and this is been about five times now I have gotten my food after 15 or 20 minutes of waiting in the Drive-Thru. I am unsure what’s going on however when I ordered a hot ham and cheese last visit it was not hot it was actually cold and a cheese wasn’t melted I do not like getting bad service and I do not like ordering something that is not accurate

So yesterday I stopped by and picked up dinner for me and my family. They took my order quick and everything started off great until the next 5 people that ordered behind me had gotten there food and left and I was standing in the lobby for a full 25 min before my food came .in my frustration I took my food and left thinking (it must be fresh ) considering my wait time ..how wrong I was .when I got home the food was not even bad it was totally un eatable..I composed my self and called the store and spoke to the manager on duty explaining my the quality of my recent visit and she apologized for the way I was treated and assembly that my order will be replaced free of charge …this brings me to this morning..I showed up and placed an order for breakfast instead of dinner and I will say my food was delicious and hot .I really appreciate the way the manager took the time to make sure I got my money’s worth and Hardee’s has redeemed it’s self and I will continue to be a customer

Biscuits and gravy was great…. service wasn’t the best. We tried using the app, a coupon code and no one new how to ring it up correctly about a week ago in the am. Tried getting a free raisin biscuit on the app with a coupon code and she couldn’t figure it out she truly tried, went and got the assistant manager and she wasn’t any help my bf tried explaining the issue to her and she was rude cut him off and no help at all. Long story short we winded up paying for the free raisin biscuit. We wouldn’t have even gotten it we did it bc it said it’d be free, crazy. The one woman really tried helping it wasn’t her fault. If the assistant manager would have listened and cared enough we would have gotten it figured out it’s not a big deal but it’s the principle of it all .
