Delicious food, but awkward closing vibes. The Rose Teokbokki and Keto Kimbap were 10/10. My only complaint is the service near closing time—they start noisily putting up chairs 15 minutes early to signal you to leave instead of just telling you politely.

The food was delicious, but I had a terrible experience when I visited the store to pick up a to-go order. The man at the front was not friendly at all. During checkout, I noticed that a tip was included even though it was a to-go order, so I asked about it, but he only kept saying he didn’t know anything. I requested a refund and said three times that I only wanted to pay for the food. He finally processed it, but walked away without answering any of my questions. The food is great, but I hesitate to visit again because I don’t want to deal with him.

Such a fun place to eat. Variety in every purchase. Quality. John was amazing. He was kind and gracious. He worked so hard. Packed out the door. The silkhye slushy was so interesting. Rice drink. Tasted like yam. Would order again. The fried seafood and veggies absolutely delicious. The squid was soft and well seasoned. Reminded me of Maui calamari. The cheese stick fun. Good cheese pull. The rose creamy tappoki was devine. The black Chinese korean flavor my favorite. Cheesey epic. All were good, even the salad ones. The quail eggs fresh. Simply fresh. Get the warm mochi balls.

It was delicious. Thuk was chewy and soft. Modern and adventurous yet still had that classic Korean taste in short absolutely deliciousness 40/5 would devour again. Also the size is good for two or one if you eat a lot.

You guys are absolutely INSANE for paying these outrageous prices! Double the price for Gimbap vs two stores (around the corner or 1 block away!) and $5-9 for topokki as well .. whomever said “good prices” must be a relative!! Opening a store in Closter does not mean people/customers are oblivious to prices! DM me & I will give you the two places (around the corner and 1 block away) where you can get all these, great taste and for almost half the price!

Stopped by today with my brother and we tried a little bit of everything and we both immediately agreed that this place was wonderful.
Tried the Cheese Topoki, the Donkatsu, Baerun Gimbap, Sundae, and the medium fry set. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasted delicious and clean. Nothing was heavy or muddled. Flavors were outstanding and the service was absolutely impeccable. They gave us a Mac and Cheese app to try which was super unique and delicious.
Front of house was absolutely killing it. We watched as he took care of every customer with care and efficiency. He was incredibly welcoming and just really made our experience that much better. Definitely going here again for the delicious food and amazing service!
