Everytime we go to Mcdonalds we check our order and somthing is always missing! Happened again tonight my son ran in twice to get the order fixed and they still couldnt get the order right we gave up and came home, this also happened when we had doordash pick it up and the lady that picked up the phone was nasty about it I had no car at the time I felt Mcdonalds should have had to pay for the Uber to come back and get the missing items!

Waited an hour and 30 mins (my receipt said 10pm and I got my food at 11:32pm) for old tasting food. Genuinely the worst McDonald’s experience I have EVER had. Was supposed to be a quick dinner before catching an early flight but food was borderline inedible and the wait was so long that it wasn’t even worth it to say anything else (I wasn’t the only one waiting). And to top it off…. MY BIG MAC WAS MISSING A PATTY I think there was 1 guy back there that knew what he was doing. He looked defeated.

I ordered on the mobile app and waiting an hour before I went inside to ask for help. No one helped me for an additional half hour because there were at least 4 other people waiting on mobile orders. The order didn’t show up on my app after a certain period of time, nor did they seem to have it in their system. A few people tried to get refunds, but no one helped them so I ended up leaving after 1.5 hours of waiting on “fast food”.

This is a great and very organized McDonalds. This is the only “fast food” joint in Juneau, so it’s always packed. We used the app and did the drive through. During my stay we had food from here on 3 different occasions with 6 people ordering. Our orders were always right, nothing ever missing. The drive through staff were speedy and efficient.

I always look forward to eating at McDonald’s because you make a good hamburger.
I have purchased a big Mac meal every day for the past three days. Each one of my big Macks Have had the sauce misplaced on the very edge of the burger. Because of this misplacement 3/4’s of my burgers have been extremely dry.
When you finally get to the edge where the sauce is located there is so much sauce that it spills over and makes a big mess requiring way more than just two napkins.
Could you please address this issue. Thanks very much.

I have been to McDonalds all over the world, and this one in Juneau was the worst. There was a long line at the drive thru, so I went in. There was no one at the counter so I paid for my order on the kiosk machine. As I’m waiting, the girl making french fries and scooping them up, decides to eat a few! No gloves on anyone. After 10 minutes of waiting I look to the screen, and my order number is not there. I feel sorry for the Door Dash people as the food they have already picked up is getting cold. After 20 minutes of waiting and a huge line at the counter of people that want to order (and still no one is there), I finally received my food. Nothing had been replenished at the counter so there were no tops for my drink cup. My favorite are McDonalds French fries, however they were so disappointing, I threw them away. It was definitely not a good experience. They need much better management.

I want to love McDonald’s, but the service is what can bring it down. By the time we get our food, it is already lukewarm, no longer fresh or hot, and my family wasn’t all that happy after waiting directly outside the door for 20 minutes just to only get semi-warm food. The fries were too cold to enjoy, as they cool down the fastest and were no longer enjoyable after 2 minutes in the car; the only thing that stayed warm enough to finish was just burgers.
