They have plenty of nice outdoor patio seating as well as inside seating.
The menu has lots of options. The staff is friendly.
I found the food to be bland.
Portions are a bit small fit the price.
Side note: If you care about spice level, the Verde sauce that came on the side seemed relatively mild.
I ordered a soy chorizo wrap with egg whites. I don’t remember what it’s called, but the food presentation was not appealing at all. It was wrapped in paper, and because it was extremely oily, the paper stuck to the wrap. It was very difficult to get the paper off so I could eat it. The food was very bland, even when dousing it with the green salsa it didn’t make much difference. I also ordered a lavender latte. They make their lavender syrup in-house, but they make it with Stevia. I’m not sure why they don’t use raw cane sugar when they have it on the tables. Much like the food, the lack in taste is what was disappointing.
The burrito was very basic and lacked any sort of flavor. Neither the bacon or potatoes were crispy. That also made the burrito very mushy and lacking of any texture.
The coffee was watery.
The staff was not friendly and was on their phone the entire time. I made the mistake of not asking for my order to go. When it finally was ready after a long wait, I asked for a to-go and was ready to fix the mistake myself. It was a simple task of transferring the burrito and dumping the fruit in a box. I received side eye and attitude.
The atmosphere is great. Cool art. Great location.
Just an overall “meh” experience. Will only come here if it’s the only option.
The lady cooking and serving was very rude.
It’s our first time in LA and this was the worst experience (or even the only) about the place so far.
Also she gave the kid green tea instead of black and sausages instead of bacon likely because of talking too much on the phone.
