We were driving through and stopped there to have lunch. We received our food in a timely manner. The staff were amicable. When we were there this was the cleanest fast-food restaurant, we had ever been to. This includes the kitchen, bathrooms, parking lot, and restaurant area. We were so impressed with the overall aspects of this restaurant. I was taking pictures and asked the staff if they would want to be in the picture. They were so funny and friendly I wanted to share the great staff we had the opportunity to meet and serve us. When leaving we noticed they recycled also which is thumbs up for us.

We went there the drive threw and asked for a moment to look at the menu and make a decision and the person on the mic demanded that we drive around the building again and look at the menu again because we where making their time go up, terrible service, I’ve never had good service at this jack since it was built a couple years ago . better off going to the one off of 2920 right before heading into old town tomball. Overall didn’t feel respected and overall disappointed

Went there during night time, they were open and serving customers.
A young man took my order over the speaker at drive thru and was extremely rude and impatient.
He stopped taking my order 3 times to do something else and I had to wait for minutes with 5 cars behind me waiting in drive thru.

After finally going back talking to me, he threatened to stop taking my order.
Even though he’s the one wasting my time and making me wait?

Finally, a young woman ended up taking over the speaker because maybe he was getting mad.

She was professional and efficient. And finished taking my order.

If that was the end I would not be writing this review:
However, I ended up missing my whole burger which I paid for on my receipt after driving away.
So they forgot to give me part of my order.

If customers pay, they should get their whole order.
I hope that they fix the young’s man attitude, to give customers a better experience.

Bad customer service and the worst “alleged” MOD possible, he not only needs traing but should actually be terminated. I visited this location around 7:30ish pm on 11/23 and had a horrible experience. The YM in drive-thru didn’t seem to know the menu, asked to wait approx 7 min, watched others get food, then part of order was missing. Decided didn’t want it because food would be cold, asked for my money back..this is were it went all wrong.
After giving me credit, I.asked for copy of credit receipt. MOD told me he could not give me a copy but would allow me to take pic of receipt then told me I had an attitude and HE would not allow me back in the store because HE had the right to refuse me service. My TUDE went to the left.
Problem…..Don’t know who anyone was because no name tags were worn. No number giving to corporate, MOD didn’t know how to deescalate but constantly challenged by telling me he would be there tomorrow and every other day and I couldn’t come back over approx 1.79 tacos.
I was very surprised of the MOD point-of-view considering this is a new store location. I drove past another location on Spring Cypress because I have ALWAYS received good service and good food at this location.

Alicia at the Jack-in-the-Box on 2920 and Highway 99 deserves major recognition! Her customer service is top-notch — she’s friendly, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure every order is right. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work, and her positive attitude is contagious. It’s rare to see someone so dedicated and upbeat, even during busy hours. Alicia is exactly the kind of employee every business needs and definitely deserves a look for advancement. Great job, Alicia!

1/2/2026 I was the only customer in the store and they took my order right away. I waited a long time for my food when I received my food decided to eat in the car. The curled fries were horrible some burnt fries mixed with regular fries. The ranch chicken sandwich was the worst I have ever tasted. The meat was over cooked to crisp the chicken was so small and tough from being over cooked. I threw the food away. I do not recommend this location. $12 wasted!

Ordered Classic waffle fries based on the image on the drive thru menu. I was given probably 1/3 of the correct quantity. To make matters worse they didn’t give me a straw for my drink. This isn’t a well run shop.

I order off the app just so they dont mess up my order and they found a way to beyond mess it up. I ordered a burger and got a chicken sandwich, didn’t put my sauces in my bag and not only that the lady there was rude and had a nasty attitude. Will not be coming back to this location until they learn to read and be nice to others

The Hispanic girl at the drive thru gave me the rudest stank face the entire time of payment / receipt of food. After just coming from a. Funeral down the street that’s the last thing I needed 🙂 ask your employees to check their attitudes no one is taking drive thru that serious and no one needs that.

They have horrible customer service, especially at night! I wouldn’t even want to order any food from them. I DoorDash and be having to pick orders up here and it’s always a nasty, rude attitude coming from staff! It’s okay to be kind and patient.
