I have never had a problem with my orders from other stores but this in Warrensburg was awful. They didn’t hardly put cheese on top of my cheeses bread and put the toppings on the wrong side of my pizza(which is not too bad of a deal for the pizza). I have a very simple order too and they didn’t even have that many orders. They even didn’t take their time to check to see if my order was right or make sure the quality was good too. If I could I would give a 0 star. That store needs to be retrain their employees.

Every time I enter this store it’s always clean, comfortable and very much up to standards. The food is always fresh whether I pickup or get delivery. And I cannot brag enough about my driver Aaron!! Always on time, always sweet, and always positive! And from what I understand the last few times, someone named Cricket made my orders, and good lord the food is delicious!

We order from Domino’s pretty regularly, but the last two times of trying to get a buffalo chicken pizza. I’ve just given up ordering from here. First time they forgot the buffalo sauce offered to make me a new one then called me back and told me they couldn’t do that but they could send us some sauce. Dude brought the whole bottle. Just handed it to us to put on our pizza and then left with it. Couple weeks later we order another buffalo chicken even ordered extra sauce thinking it couldn’t happen twice in a row. Nope again got a chicken pizza. Called and they said they could send a couple of buffalo sauce cups OR a refund. This was our self sauced buffalo chicken and our barely melted cheese dip for our Parmesan bites.

Domino’s is my go-to when I’m at work and haven’t had time to take a break. The online app is fast and easy. Delivery time is usually within 20 minutes every time! They do not disappoint! Perfectly cooked every time.

If you enjoy cold pizza, this is the place! Doesn’t matter if you live a half mile from the store….you getting it cold! They jacked up my order, delivered it cold, and got an attitude when I called to correct the issue. Spend your money somewhere else….unless you love cold pizza.

6/12/25 Edit: Maxwell, our delivery driver, cant follow simple instructions. Woke up the entire house when I asked in the instructions to specifically not knock or ring doorbell. Rang anyway. Thanks for that.

It’s a carryout Domino’s so don’t look for atmosphere, just well made pizzas and a friendly staff. My pizza was great as always.

The manager threatened to call the cops on me and other customers when we arrived because their card systems were down and they were only accepting cash, they didn’t even offer to let us go to an atm. It was leave the food or pay with cash right then or take the food and they call the cops which I thought seemed like a pretty silly escalation no? Next time call your customers and let them know when they place an order. Pretty disappointed, the manager reached out with an email and after a WEEK we still have heard nothing from corporate or this manager.

We ordered a few things for our daughters little birthday party here. My husband ordered 2 – 8 piece hot buffalo wings for himself, but we received two of the wrong wings (plain) with our order. Realized once we got home. My husband attempted to dump his 2 cups of sauce on them, but that was not enough. Of course I wasn’t exactly happy seeing him not want to finish them. Called the location (during the party) at 5pm on 12/20/24 to let them know, just to get a frustrated man on the phone asking if I was “just after free wings”. Then him saying I would have to call back another day to speak with the manager.
We order from y’all at least once a month, but usually every 2 weeks for the past 4 years or so. I have had several issues, but have only called and complained one other time. A year ago a delivery driver helped me and gave me a refund after being given the wrong food and only seeing once home. Why was a delivery driver able to help me, but now I’m having to speak to the manager? Great customer service…
Edit: Emailed the manager that replied to this review and got no response. Emailed more and still nothing. Did eventually get a call from a lady (whom said she contacted us due to the review, not the email…?) who said she was adding 2 free wings to my husbands account. That was nice but he’s saying it isn’t showing up. We’re just gonna, for the meantime, continue eating Digiorno and store bought wings. 🙁
