Thunderbird Pizza is hands down one of the best local spots around. The pizza is always incredible—fresh, flavorful, and consistently done right every time. What really sets this place apart though is the service. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and they make you feel like part of the community the moment you walk in.
The owner also does a lot for the local community, which makes supporting this place even better. It’s the kind of neighborhood pizza shop every town hopes to have. If you’re looking for great pizza and a great local vibe, Thunderbird Pizza is a must.

My go to spot as the pizza is always tasty and consistent. The customer service is always great and you can tell they really care. The salads are also fresh, big, with lots of toppings if you are into that sort of thing. Would 100% recommend

I only had the cheesesteak here, but if the rest of the food taste as good as the cheesesteak did, then this is a hidden gem! If you add fried onions, sweet, & hot peppers to the cheesesteaks, it add a great balance of flavors that you might not get in a typical cheesesteak sandwich! Very worth it! The bread and steak were so tender that it added a great texture to the overall sandwich. Nick gave us the recommendation to add the sweet and hot peppers and he did not lie. Very personable and good to talk to as my wife and I were visiting the city.
I will say, the only downside which is not a real issue since they have carryout and delivery options is the sizing of the restaurant. This is not a place to sit down and eat since it is very cramped, but it is well worth it if you pickup your food!

If I could have put zero stars I would have. I ordered from here while at work. I ordered 6 tenders and fries which including tip and delivery came to 19.51 for cold and for food that I could not eat is upsetting. I also called the store to be told that I could get a store credit for food that I had to throw in the trash. SMH I work hard for my $$$ to be robbed with no gun, yes it may have only been $20 but it was mines. I will make sure that know one at my place of business eats from there again.

I ordered a Pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. It was my first time ordering from this restaurant and my husband and I loved the pizza. Next time we’ll get regular cheese on the pizza and add some wings. The sauce was flavorful and nothing was extra salty which we really appreciate.

I work right up the road and I have gotten my salads here for years, they always are amazing. Last order I got there was one small issue, but Steve the owner was so kind, helpful and good at communicating, and he gave me a free lunch! I will always order their salads and will always be a happy customer.If you are reading this, trust me, go order! 🙂

I’m really struggling with today’s experience. Had people in town so decided I’d order a couple cheesesteaks and show them what a cheesesteak is supposed to be. Because the one other time I had been here it was great.
This time, it was the exact opposite. Probably one of the most embarrassing attempts at a cheesesteak I’ve seen. More embarrassing was that I talked it up and got this. However, after reaching out to the restaurant they offered to make it right (credit to them!), but I’m not close enough and quite honestly lost faith.
Having said that, the Buffalo chicken steak was good and same with the Hayride Salad. But the cheesesteaks were just so bad (those pics are of the prov steak and the American steak)

I would have given this review a 5 but the fries were not good. They were cold and had no flavor, and they were like a beer batter maybe. But besides the fries the buffalo fingers and buffalo chicken cheesesteak were delicious. Can’t wait to try the pizza next!

Cmon, Thunderbird. We ordered NO tomato and asked for crispy WELL DONE. This is what our pizza looked like. I mean, seriously? This is by far, the saddest pizza I’ve ever seen. Next time I’ll save my money and go to Wawa for pizza, I have more faith they’d get it right.

Food is delicious! However it was raining and cold on a Friday night. And after making a Online order that would be ready in 20 minutes. I ended up waiting on a line that went down the street for 35 minutes. They need to have a better process then just letting people stay outside. Maybe send someone out to get people there orders in a timely fashion. It was a very frustrating situation. So people need to keep this in mind when ordering on the weekend or a game day.
