This bar is a hidden gem that happens to have some of the most AMAZING wings I’ve had in a very long time.
They have a nice sized menu which offers a variety of food. Ranging from wings, burgers, fried fish, shrimp, pizza, salads, and even steak
The barstaff was amazing! Even the other patrons were amazing.
I’m definitely looking forward to returning to feast on more of their menu selections.
Pull up, grab a seat, order a drink, and some amazing eats! You won’t be disappointed.

New resident to the Syracuse area from Albany and a simple Google search of local “wing nights” had us arrive at this establishment. It’s a very simple operation. Nothing fancy inside, a true hark to years past when the company you keep was more important than the decor. Cans and bottles only, no drafts. Limited liquor selection. That doesn’t detract one bit from the perfection of the wings. HUGE, Crispy, and sent out to us with very little wait. The Old Ledge is definitely a space “regulars” visit and the bartender knows you by name. If you’d like a great meal with an antiquated atmosphere that allows you to put the phone down and engage with some regular folks, you won’t be disappointed. You surely won’t want to “Jump off” a Ledge with your decision to have some good food.

A great place to go hide catch up and to get drunk. The food is good the bartenders are great and the company is so so depending on who you brought. I sneak in from time to time. I’m definitely not mad about it haha.
Adding on to my review from a year ago, this place is awesome and I love it here. The kitchen has been upgraded and every person seems to recognize me. It’s amazing what a year can do. Wing night and steak night have changed but the rest is still grand and glorious. I’d recommend wings, burgers, even the BLT. Can’t go wrong here. The service is always on point. Leave your drama and negativity at this place can’t be ruined by nonsense.

Walked in and thought sports bar room….pool table, darts,TVs huge bar. A few high top tables. Friday night.,. fish night. There were four of us…3 fried fish dinners and 1 frued shrimp dinner. Some of the best fish dinners we have had and the shrimp dinner was huge (16 shrimp). Macaroni salad was the best ever, Cole slaw was great. Would highly recommend for Friday night fish. Definitely coming back for wings and philly sub night.

I visited for the first time on wing night (every Wednesday) and I’ll be back. The wings are really good. They are cooked right, tender and there are good sauce options.
10 order minimum of each flavor and $.50 for each wing. Blue cheese is .50 extra. It’s hard to pick just a flavor or two but they have to go boxes ready for you.
The music is pretty loud, the crowd is having a good time, and there is plenty of seating inside and out on the patio.
The music leaned toward metal the first half and popular hip hop the second half.
Multiple dart boards are available to play. It’s a pretty great neighborhood bar.

Love the new “Old Ledge”. Wonderfully remodeled. The food is great good size portions at a decent price. Definitely a bar atmosphere, but there are tables so you don’t have to sit at the bar.

I decided to stop in here with my buddy for a quick lunch and a couple brews. This is a really nice bar with great food (I had Shrimp Scampi special) and cheap drinks. The atmosphere and service were also amazing, the bartender being very attentive and friendly. They also have a pool table and some electronic dart boards.

I went to the Old Ledge today for the first time because I saw a post about their fish fry and how good it was. Let me tell you….. DAMN THATS SOME GOOD FISH! they give you a huge piece of fish and their fries, onion rings and mac and cheese were awesome! I will definitely be going back!
