My wife and I had dinner at Ginger Thai a little while ago. We are glad we have found a spot to get authentic Thai cuisine again. Not a super fancy place but a solid spot to satisfy that Thai food craving. Great food, large portions, good service and reasonable prices. We will be back when the craving arises again.

Never been here before it was outstanding. I asked the server what she thought was best for the appetizer and for my entree I got the pork spring rolls and the vegetable spring rolls. Everything was great. Tasting the Pho was so clean tasting. It was unreal. Can’t describe it. It was beef and meatball outstanding. Highly suggest this place if you’re ever in Murfreesboro and near the sleep center.

I enjoy this area, we so many options. Today was a good day for Thai. Tell me what day isn’t. Parking was super easy. If you are ready this you may have Google mapped it. It’s a great, easy to find location.
When I do Thai I always look for the elusive perfect spring roll/fresh roll/summer roll. These were excellent. The peanut sauce was a twist, much in this variety are almost a sweet peanut butter. Here it was a little different. Much like you would expect but it had a detectable amount of something like soy sauce. The sweet chili sauce was pretty good as well.
Service was top notch, no want for anything there, I did delay ordering the ad himmapan, (I think that is proper spelling) to get it to the table after the fresh rolls. You can see from the video, Ginger Thai Bistro provided generous portions and beautiful presentation. Cashews and water chestnuts make the dish!
I ordered a 2 spice level. Probably should have gone 3 and usually do but there it’s 1 to 4. It’s a personal thing, you do you. It really was gorgeous, and may be very traditional in the recipe but I think it’s most common to use soy sauce or light soy with a pinch of added salt. As delicious as it was, I suspect it’s not a low sodium dish. So if you are on restrictions, you might ask for some suggestions for items.
I’m definitely going back. And I recommend you give them a try. The young men working the service side were all over it.

Fake reviews saying this a good place, I don’t recommend it. Dry Pad Thai, 3/4 noodles with little tofu and bean sprouts. Sliced lime had no juice, dry as a bone. “Fresh” spring rolls had a weird smell and taste to it, residue from the cutting board. Crappy peanut sauce. Threw out the 2nd roll. Male who took the phone order was rude and impatient. Not worth $25.

I love their food but some times I want my food spicy but it still comes regular even after I request it specifically be spicy the order taker says okay and bring my food and no spice just regular. Same when I uber or go inside.
