Sunday, there’s only one employee and several customers, no one was acknowledged including myself. There was a couple of standing at the register for probably 10 minutes without any acknowledgment and they just ended up walking out. There was another customer that had been waiting a very long time as well and he just asked for a refund and walked out. From the one employee that was working there was no customer service or sense of urgency. I don’t know who owns or manages this location but if they want to stay open they should think about restaffing and maybe getting more staff. And the bathroom was disgusting. In reality the store is losing money because of the lack of staff and professionalism and customer service. I will never come back to this location. Do better Jamba Juice in Clinton.

Love this Jamba Juice! Nov 29th I went in to get my morning smoothie and the worker recognized me from the day before and had my mobile order ready when I walked in and wished me a good day by name. Made me feel good and remembered. I forgot to ask his name but very good customer service!

One person working on a Sunday which is fine and no knock to poor Billie Jo working all by herself. The lobby was full with walk in customers and door dashers. I want to say that door dashing ruined my experience as a walk in customer because I have to wait behind three door dashers before you even start working on walk in customers.

I have an autistic toddler with a full aversion to solid food. I took my son to soccer practice and realized I didn’t have enough of the smoothie that she usually drinks. She’s very particular. So we headed over to Jamba juice to see if they could help.Yousaf went above and beyond for my daughter. He had to try three times to get the flavor just right for her so that she would drink it. On the third try, she gave him a thumbs up and drank it. I would have paid $100 for that smoothie just so that I didn’t have to listen to my little girl cry and he was so patient and helped me get her what she needed. His kindness meant the world to me. Thank you Yousaf for being such a wonderful human being. Kudos to the manager for hiring such an amazing person.

Always love this location. They do such a great job. This morning I ordered the Açaí Primo bowl and a Belgian Waffle and my husband got the Vanilla Blue Sky bowl. The fruit was so fresh and they were both perfect. While we were waiting, the two working were so nice to make us samples of the PB Chocolate Love and the Peanut Butter Moo’d. We really appreciated them and the quick time everything came out. Thank you!

Management at the Clinton Jamba Juice come on. Having only one employee working at 10 am on a Saturday is terrible. The girl working was so amazing (Sam) she has taking so many peoples orders and making them as fast as she can. She was amazing but management should know not to have only 1 employee working on a Saturday morning. Not to mention all the door dash orders she was taking. Maybe the manager should have been there helping or at least ensured at least 2 people were working.

They sometimes nail drinks and sometimes just don’t at all. Today I ordered the new gotcha matcha with cold foam and it wasn’t at all what I’ve had before. Just watered down bitter matcha with ice, even after asking for extra agave. Didn’t look like there was a hint of cold brew foam. Other times they’re out of something and I don’t find out till after I pay which can be a pain. Wish it was more consistent and better communication as it used to be at this location.

Just had the most wonderful experience at the Clinton, UT location. I went in with my two kids who have a hard time trying new things and deciding what they want. The worker who helped us, her name is Maya, she was incredible! She was helpful and patient with my kids, even letting my youngest try some mango puree. She made sure we were comfortable sitting inside and that everything was how we liked it. I would give more stars if I could. 11 out of 10 experience. Will definitely come back again. Especially if Maya is working.

Phoenix and Yousaf were the most incredible costumer service I’ve ever had. They were light hearted, nice, and funny. Also so quick to give us what we ordered. Yousaf grabbed a chair for me from outside without even asking when I needed one. I will defintky be comming back here again!
