I have been planning this stop for so long and finally made it! It’s really hard to choose with all these fresh and delectable items, so I’ll have to come back. The croissants are delicious, coffee is fresh, atmosphere is inviting and service is just charming! The coconut macaroons are a must! Don’t say I didn’t tell you! Much parking on a Friday morning.

This is an amazing bakery! The folks at the barbershop next door recommended it to us and now, I want to recommend it to all! The selection is diverse enough for everyone to find something without being overwhelmed by choices.
Speaking as a pastry chef myself, the pastries are skillfully made here. The type of technique used to make many of the products in the case is called lamination, or carefully folding and stretching butter and dough to produce all of the flaky, buttery layers you enjoy. This is a difficult technique to master anywhere but especially in high altitude, where dough can rise out of your control.
I hope this can help some folks to understand JUST how special this bakery is! Very well-made product, very delicious options, very friendly staff.

Knead The Bakery houses cozy corners for book lovers and introverts. I love their spinach croissant and cinnamon roll with custard! Every time I come here, it feels like visiting someone’s home. The owner is very welcoming. She also knows most of her customers by name and she is very approachable to newcomers! I highly recommend this bakery for those who want to have delicious pastries while enjoying a homey atmosphere.

Wow!! What a great hidden jem Knead the Bakery is!! Nice a cozy, plenty of tables to sit and enjoy your goodies. Very nice selection of pastries, and several kinds of fresh baked breads. The owner was so kind and answered several of questions and knew other customers by name. Everything I got was super fresh, soft and delicious

If you have not tried this little charmer of a bakery, I highly suggest a quick stop, I think it will surprise you. This is a place where they still know their customers by name and people regularly meet there for their morning, coffee, and a pastry as they’ve done in your past! I think you Will like it!

I absolutely love this bakery! I have visited a handful of times with a friends mom. I’ve tried the chocolate croissant, ham and cheese croissant and frosted shortbread cookie. I throughly enjoy coming to this bakery.

I was so delighted by the service I received from the ladies here at this bakery. I called in on a Friday asking for a large order of scones and they had them fresh and ready for my on Saturday morning! I ordered 65 scones for an event at church and they were a huge hit!
