I’ve been exclusively getting carryout from the Ledo Pizza in Mount Airy for a while now, and I have to say—this location has really stepped up its game lately. The quality of the pizza has noticeably improved in recent months: the crust is perfectly crisp without being overdone, the sauce has great flavor, and the toppings are fresh and generously portioned. Every order I’ve picked up has been hot, accurate, and ready on time.

It was Friday night and Halloween! We placed an online order which was fast and easy to do… we arrived at the time that we were told… the store was very busy and the orders were delayed because the online order didn’t take into account the extra Halloween orders! Despite being incredibly busy the girls at the front were patient, gracious and explained everything to everyone… we could see into the back and the pizza makers and the manager were working so quickly to get all the orders out! Some people got a bit testy, but for the most part everyone relaxed and waited.. the pizzas were hot, fresh and DELICIOUS! Kudos to those poor workers ! They did an AMAZING job!!

I can’t understand how they can see an on line order that hasn’t been placed yet but can’t make changes to it.
The pizza was Ledo’s. Cooked well. Tast d great.
The cheesey bread way over cooked. Very Disappointed! Threw most of it out. The one photo didn’t looked so bad so I showed the burned side to the unburned side.
We got a cookie and a brownie. Personally o would’ve had it ready with the order. She told me to grab it on the way way out. ♀️
I’m tired of wasting money on bad food. The time to drive there after working all day when I don’t feel like cooking. UGH!.

Ledos food is consistently delicious and this occasion was no different. We ordered pizza and salads at the counter for carry out and they were fresh and tasty as always. But the reason that I only give 3 stars is because the POS terminal requires the option to add a tip, or not. For my part, I’ve walked in. Ordered it at the counter and waited for the food to be prepared. At no time did I sit at a table or get waited on by a server. So remove the tipping option for carryout customers and phone orders. I know I’m not the only one that hates this.

Usually the pizza is excellent. For some reason periodically when I visit this location they put very little sauce in the pizza and its dry. The sauce is the big draw with Ledos. Generally cont write reviews but this has happen at this location a few times recently.
