Fantastic experience all around. This is a brilliant concept, just wish I’d have thought of it! Having my pizza hot n fresh out of my oven when I want it( within about 25 minutes or so) is awesome. Great taste n quality n “user friendly”, as well. I customized my Cowboy n it happened 2 B Tuesday so I got a great deal for $12! I then decided to get a shaker of your Herb & Cheese blend for my own recipes. Finished with my order, in my friend’s car, I asked my friend would she like one as well, so I popped back to get another. This blend is great for making yummy herb n cheese toast for whenever n also delicious on pasta as well as salads. Possibly just about anything, I’m gonna get creative. Anyway, thanks again for the great products n service!!

I love coming here because the deals so worth it. Especially the Tuesday deals which is $10 for a large. For my birthday they give you a free large pizza. Which is such a great deal. The best deal was the one dollar pizza. And we definitely loved it. Overall are experience has been very positive.

Not the best pizza out there but in my opinion pretty dang good, the only negative I can say right now about it is the fact that for the price I could actually have a pizza that is already baked, I didn’t realize until today that their family size pizza is about 21.00 with tax and everything. I can go to Papa Murphy’s or the pie and get something for pretty close to the same price. The employee that was working today was very helpful and nice, they stopped what they were doing to take my order, and were able to get my pizza and the other gentleman’s Pizza that was in there with me to us in a very reasonable time.

Papa Murphy’s – Murray, Utah: Wrapped in Plastic and Packed With Problems
Papa Murphy’s should honestly be embarrassed. First, they force you to log into their useless, glitchy online system just to order a pizza. I’m not signing up for a mortgage — I just want dinner. And the gift card situation? Pathetic. They can’t take it at the register. You have to order online. Who designs a system like that?
Then there’s the Murray location itself. The employee at the counter acted like customer service was optional — rude, sassy, and clearly annoyed that I even existed. Zero effort. Zero professionalism.
And after jumping through all their hoops, dealing with the attitude, and doing everything their broken process requires… they still made the wrong pizza.
Honestly, the whole experience is exactly like their pizza:
wrapped in plastic, cold, sloppy, and nothing you actually asked for.

Ordered family size Chicago stuffed pizza. Have never been to this location but have been to many others, and the other locations were great. Not here they added no toppings to the inside. the cheese and sauce inside was non existent. this is my favorite pizza anywhere, and it was completely destroyed and not made right, as you can see in the picture. the toppings, the cheese and sauce inside is non existent. I would say don’t go here, if you love papa Murphys like me, then I suggest another location this place is terrible. wish I could of know in advance I wouldn’t of wasted 25 dollars.

The worst pizza & experience I’ve had at Papa Murphy’s pizza ever !!! This girl saying she wasn’t going to make a pizza for some certain person. Then my pizza was supposed to be half & half. That’s what it ended up looking like. It’s not rocket science to do that !!! I have been a paying customer there for many years & that was just unacceptable. My grandfather cannot have certain things on his pizza not too mention… The pizza wasn’t even wrapped properly. I had my grand daughter with me or else I would have gone in & made a complaint !!!

Always a good evening with a Papa Murphy’s take and bake pizza. The cowboy pizza is tasty and goes well with a nice side salad. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Kudos to this location.
