Excellent food! BYOB. Went for a birthday dinner and they made it extra special.
The prosciutto motz sticks were something we tried and they were delish! Our pasta dishes were flavorful and all the sauce was good.

We have been eatting here for over 8 years and we have never had a negative experience. The chef is consistent. Never a bad meal. Our entire family loves Viggiano’s. Great service, perfectly prepared food, happy, relaxed atmosphere. Michael is great. Any review under a 4.5-5 has no idea what delicious Italian food tastes like in a welcoming nonpretencious atmosphere. Bravo. Never change. Thank you Michael and thank you to your entire team.

One of the best Italian food you can have. We were party of 9 with 3 children. They accommodated us and gave us great service. Food was delicious too! Will certainly visit again.

Wow…..just wow. Even after reading some of the reviews , I still went in.
My wife walked in to ask if we needed reservations. The gentleman at the door (who looked at my wife like she was a dirt urchin) said no I have a high top for you. Then which is even funnier cause of a review I read…we got Brianna. What an upbit and positive person ( saying sarcasticly) . Her personality was a dull as a butter knife.
My wife ordered the gnocchi with baby meatballs and I ordered the spaghetti with oversized paper weight. The gnocchi was over cooked and mushy. Bland to the taste. My spaghetti…well I could of had better from a jar. And have.
Not 10 mins into eating this swill…we were asked if we wanted our food to go. They couldn’t wait to get us out. Should have trusted the reviews. Lesson learned.

Our first time… and it was one of the better Italian Restaurants in the Cape May area. We filled up on the yummy Appetizers and tasty Garlic Bread with Mozz! We went back to celebrate my Wife’s birthday, and the staff couldn’t have been more pleasant and nice to us! We returned for my Wife’s 65th Birthday and the place was just as wonderful as always… with some nice comic relief from our fantastic Waiter!

I’ve eaten here many times in the past, but tonight’s meal was a total fumble. I guess everyone’s doing the same thing now, downsizing portions along with quality but raising prices. We’re done here. Overpriced and just not worth it anymore.

Chicken parmigiana was an embarrassment, tonight’s seafood special had flavor, but consisted of pasta and two small scallops and two shrimp. Shameful when you have to do things like this.

When you have to eat a turkey sandwich two hours after leaving a restaurant? There’s a problem. “The new norm.”

Finally found this place as the sign outside is small and luckily saw an advertisement with a high rating.
The food is delicious with large servings and bread for the table.
Our visit was so much more enjoyable because our server Carlee was very sweet and friendly!
We will be back next September!

Was looking for authentic Italian food and sad to say this place was not that. Almost all of our dishes were so dry that we went through three bottles of water just to get the food down. I had the Rigatoni Country Style, the pasta and chicken were so over cooked you could not swallow them without water. My wife ordered the Capellini Carbonara ( frozen peas ) and the pasta was so stuck together you could pick up the whole bowl with just one fork. Kids ordered the veal Mediterranean and Chicken piccata and both were ok. Service was nonexistent and the place was half full and so loud you couldn’t hear anything your table guests were saying. If this is what locals consider authentic Italian food, then they should really take a ride to NY were authentic Italian restaurants make their own pasta and use seasonings in all of their sauces. Would recommend the Olive Garden over this restaurant.

I’m giving five stars based on the chicken parm meal alone. We were seated immediately and service overall was good. One observation I did notice though was some tables getting a glass of limoncello while others were not. I would come back here just for the chicken parm dish.
