I wish I could give this place a Zero star rating. This place is horrible! Once you walk in, it’s very dirty. Tables with crumbs and leftover food, dirty floors. Even the bathrooms were bad! If you want a place that messes up on your order and doesn’t give you a good experience, this is the place to go! The service was horrible. I waited 10 minutes just to get my order taken. Then another 10 just to get it out to me. Then I got the wrong sub and it had tomato’s on it, which I had asked for them to be left off. What is going on with this place. The other owners were way better at keeping this place alive!

while they were making my order, I asked questions about some other subs on the menu and they likely answered my questions and educated me so I may have a new favorite sub now they are fantastic and I will definitely enjoy them in the future

I hadn’t been to Firehouse Subs since I tried it once many years ago. We were looking for something different and are happy that we decided to stop in the Hanover location! We were a little overwhelmed by the menu at first but Jay was patient with our questions and happy to give suggestions. I’m not sure if the delicious food or the impeccable service was the best part! Thank you Jay. The world needs more people like you!

It seems to be family owned or family run now, and the family that runs it has a bit of a language barrier. Not necessarily a bad thing, unless you like your sandwich the way you ordered it (or at least tried to), your garlic bread toasted, and your sandwich with a proper serving of meat.

The service was terrible. Tried to order a salad, guy behind the counter could barely find the salad screen to take my order. Then to ask for additional toppings for the salad was almost impossible. Needless to say I got nothing on the salad I ordered, it was a to go order, and I should have taken everything apart to check before I left. This is not the first issues with this location, and I won’t be back.

The personal that are in the store speaking Spanish need to be mindful. The whole time I was there the Spanish guy and girl was just having a full convo with curse words. We don’t come to these places to hear your personal bs, we also would like to keep the foul language to a minimum. I also request to higher more personal if you are not able to keep up with the order volumes. It is unacceptable the waiting time for a sub and or orders placed.

The gentleman working this afternoon at 12 pm, doing a little of everything, greeting people, serving, cashing out etc was incredible. The service he provided was above what you expect at a sandwhich shop. Hes obviously a respectable and hardworking man. He deserves a raise
