Short lady with black hair shown no skill of customer service, i never been to a krystal before, i told her this, i ask bout the patty melt they were out, no big deal, but didnt tell me any more info regarding that, then she was talking to her co worker in a frustrated tone she tells her co worker “i have to DEAL with him” the place is dirty, no greeting no energy and no customer service. Overall experience, i would name it “dont come back here” they also don’t do tap here, as she told me in a rude tone like i knew tht after telling her i never been here before… i will not be back… dont reach out to me, im not coming back to any krystal establishment. This happened around 1:50-2:15pm December 13th 2025

The grossest Krystal I’ve ever been too. Pulling in and seeing the outside menu sign should have made me reconsider. BUT I pulled around and ordered. It smelled terrible. I looked at it and bought throwed up!! Started to give it to my dog but just couldn’t do him like that. Needs to be reported. Wouldn’t go there even if it was free.

Had the worst experience ever. Manager has friends in the lobby harassing customers. Waiting 30 mins after completion time on an online order for food. When asked about how much long it would be for the food that manager was rude but her friends didn’t like my “tone.” We had my daughter in law and my grandson in the car (which just got out of the hospital from NICU) and Krystal’s is what my daughter in law wanted. I asked which employee was the manager and the same one who gave me attitude, pointed to the wall and walked away and gave no apology or empathy. Absolute worse experience ever and we spent 70.00 on our order. NEVER AGAIN.

I didn’t even get to order. I waited for at least 5 minutes at the speaker in drive thru. No one said anything to be. I did say hello several times. I drove around and saw a worker handing some change to the only other car in line.

Update 10/21/24. I tried the Junkyard Tots and thought they were ok. I noticed the prices went up quite a bit. $1.39 for a single slider and they are small. Prices goes up from there to over $2 depending on how you want it. Service wasn’t great and it still looks run down. I don’t see me coming back to this location. Krystal better step up their game or find themselves in a “what happened to an old favorite chain documentary!”

I ordered Krystal’s through DoorDash and while everything arrived sealed and in good condition, we ran into a couple of serious issues. We ordered two family packs but only received 4 out of the 8 chili cheese puffs. We submitted a refund request through DoorDash for the missing items and considered placing another order—until I bit into a Krystal’s burger and found a large piece of plastic inside.
As someone who has worked in fast food, this is completely unacceptable. It raises real concerns about food safety and quality control at this location. Very disappointing experience.

Usually never have an issue with this place. Unfortunately, I just emailed the head office or whatever it is because my 5 year old got raw chicken. She got sick on our way home, vomiting in my car. It wasn’t until I got home and was able to check the food that I found out why she got sick. This cannot be excused. I’m just glad my 2 year old ate his fries and didn’t want the chicken

Lol I stoped in after a Santa gig at the VFW ij jesup they had my food ready very fast and nice people. I wish they would open again in hinesville.
