I understand everyone is short handed got locked in so no one els could come in Terrible service food was ok she left me at the table with out a menu kept telling the other girl I got him but never helped me out the other girl got me my menu no napkins once I waited long for food another customer gave me his napkins she left out the blt got charged 2 cc fees thanks for being observant some how my bill was 10.50 sandwiche was 6.99 soda was almost 3$ were did my other 50cents go probably with that extra cc fee also blt less than 4$ posted receipt why is it 4.23 it was on the menu for less than 4$ could not get my drink topped off because she wanted me to wait longer on top of the long wait and bad service already I believe in a proper tip for good service I left 5$ but after not topping off my drink and charging me 2 credit card fees I should of left the bare minimum 2-3$ and I still think that’s to much for the experience mabee 9cents because it wasn’t worth a dime I wish that other girl would of helped me out because she really did helpe me the young lady with the black hair also be carful of your money in this place if u ain’t paying attention u can get taxed on top of the tax pre tax post tax and fees

Burger Basket is a pretty good place to eat. My Mom used to eat there because she loved their fish sandwiches. I hadn’t been there in a while so I went and tried their daily plate lunch. It was Monday,so I decided to have the meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans. And I must say I enjoyed most of the meal. I also had cornbread which I really enjoyed. The mashed potatoes and meatloaf were really good. I do have to say the green beans weren’t to good. They had a really bad flavor. But all in all I think it was worth the price. They have great tea. And I have since tried their cheese burgers and fries and I will be back for more. Oh, and if you’re in the mood for some yummy dessert. Give their hot fudge cake a try. You won’t be sorry.

I called my food in at 540 pm. got it at 630. I had to drive back through 3 times. I can understand they was busy but when a order is called in they should let you know how long the wait should be. they told me my food wasn’t ready yet. then I finally got and got home it was cold. I will not going back there.

Love the new look inside. The place is clean and has the best burgers. Menu is better now. Wait staff is attentive to your needs and is on top of things. Owner is a great guy and knows what he is doing. Runs a great resturant.

Great little hole-in-the-wall, mom-n-pop restaurant. Easy to find. Delicious southern cooking. The building is historic and small, so there’s not much room in the restrooms. Diner is always kept clean. Highly recommend.

I LOVE Burger Basket and so does my son. The burgers are the best I’ve ever had. They’re fresh and tasty. The fries are delicious. Everything’s made to order and fast. The staff is friendly and the price is great. The place is clean and inviting. If you’re looking for a tasty meal in a low-key place, this is the spot for you. Ask for Ms. May. She’s lovely!

Service is always sluggish, at best. The The establishment is very dilapidated and in need of a major overhaul. It’s freezing inside during winter and steaming hot during summer, despite installing a new heat/air system. All of that said, the food is good. Love their burgers.
