some of the best sushi we’ve had in Denver.
Our server, Linda, was genuinely kind and attentive, and she made the whole night feel warm and special without being overbearing. The space itself has such an authentic vibe that it honestly felt like we were somewhere in Japan, not Denver.
Absolutely amazing can’t wait to come back.
3/5 stars a great everyday place, no complaints!
crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, absolutely delicious. The Blue Crab Crispy Roll was fresh and perfectly balanced, one of the best rolls I’ve had in Denver. For ramen, I tried the Akayuki and it was incredible rich broth, handmade noodles, and the flavors came together beautifully. On top of that, the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere felt cozy but elevated. Definitely a new favorite spot for both sushi and ramen!
Oh my flerpin gerd on the food. The ramen. So warm and cozy and full of joy and vibrance. Could help anyone to the worst of times.
And then the sushi, the nagiri. I hadn’t had such fresh teaching seafood since I was on the beach in Mexico years ago.
And that one where they get that smokey flavor with the torch!??? So much flavor making a little party in my mouf.
Thank you thank you thank you. I need not and won’t ever seek out another Japanese restaurant. I’ve found my home.
First time here and it won’t be the last! The flavor is wonderful and the ramen is extremely fresh.
Yuki is the kind of sushi spot you want to gatekeep, but it deserves to be celebrated. I came in for a casual lunch and left completely blown away — this place is legit. The highlight of my meal was the Aburi Hako, a pressed sushi roll topped with perfectly torched salmon and a brush of house-made sauce that bordered on addictive. The warm, melt-in-your-mouth texture and delicate char gave it an elevated, smoky flavor that rivals anything I’ve had in bigger sushi cities.
The tamago was soft and subtly sweet, and the unagi was rich, glossy, and paired beautifully with crisp vegetables. Even the plating was thoughtful, served on a wood board with fresh ginger and just the right amount of garnishes — understated but refined.
The service was chill but attentive, and the vibe matched the neighborhood: laid-back, a little hip, and deeply committed to quality. Yuki nails the balance between cozy and refined. If you’re anywhere near Highland Square and even remotely into sushi, this place is a must!
