Went through the drive-through with my grandson. Got a Reuben sandwich and large crinkle fries. Was hands-down the worst Reuben sandwich I’ve ever eaten in my life. It was undersized overpriced, the middle of the bread was soggy, and the outer edges were dried out. The french fries were dried out in the middle and the dog got a treat. My grandson’s chicken sandwich and potato cakes were OK, but he inhaled them so fast who could’ve detected whether it actually tasted good or not. And all this after we waited between seven and 10 minutes to get the food at the drive-through window. I will not be going back to this Arby’s location.

Young man working the drive thru window tonight April 28, 2025 handed me my money I said thank you he gave no response. Handed me my food I looked him in the eyes this time and said thank you his response to me this time was yep. Gotta love this generation no respect.

They were busy which is fine, but when I got to the window the person told me a total and I reminded them I’m picking up an online order. She grabbed the food and quickly handed it over to me and shut the window in my face before I could tell her I also had a drink. I had to wait an extra 2-3 minutes just for them to open the window again and get my drink. They handed me the wrong drink – clearly marked “other,” not cola like I ordered. Nice.

I ate here yesterday. AND I got food poisoning. Non stop throwing up, I didn’t get any sleep last night and I am having to miss work now because of it. Don’t eat here for your own sake. I feel like I am dying. I feel like I got run over by a truck.

Pulled up to store at 7:40pm on 1/31/2024. Greeted like normal, “what can I get for you?” I start to order and get an instant we are out of roast beef, it will be 10 to 30 minutes!?!?!?! Is that not the conerstone of your entire business? Plus it is over 2 hours until close. I said I’ll be back then, went to another stop and came back at 7:55pm. Again went to order and received the same response. I said that’s fine I will wait this is what my wife wants. I placed my order pulled to the window waited for another 5 minutes, was handed my bag and found they never put the roast beef sandwich on the order. So I drive back around and tell them once again, I will wait for the roast beef to be ready, so I pulled back around pay again and then proceeded to sit and wait at the curbside until 8:16 PM for the literal life blood of this company. Apparently Arby’s no longer has “The Meats”

Came earlier today and had my order taken and was greeted when I first came in. I couldn’t really decide what to order but was recommended a classic beef and cheddar with curley fries. They made my food so fresh and my fries were hot, very crispy how I love them and my sandwich had to be the best I’ve had from arbys in a very long time. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and the restaurant was so clean my order was out within less then 2 minutes very fast and productive. You have a very good team especially the two that helped me from start to finish! I believe their names were Jesse and Zoe, those two have definitely changed my mind about arbys and deserve a raise!! I will definitely be coming back more often!

Every time I come to this location, there is something wrong or missing from my order. Fries/sandwiches are only warm half the time and the fries are stiff or soggy. The roast beef inside the sandwich is not even on the bun but beside it rolled up in the wrapper.

Always good experiences. Stop here for lunch once in a while. Usually we use the drive through becuase its quick and convenient for getting back on the road and off to the next job. Their curly fries are my favorite especially pared with a shake.

1. I asked for a beef-n-cheddar, I got a regular beef. 2. I asked for ranch, I didn’t get any sauce. 3. I asked for coke, I got Tea.
I know, I know. It’s my fault for believing I could trust my order to be complete. I drove off without checking and to my surprise, I didn’t get what I paid for! That’s on me.
This seems to be a common problem with ALL the fast food places on Hardin Valley. Convenience is beginning to be inconvenient and annoying. Next time I want to spend $$$$ on food, It won’t be at this location.
