I had the absolute WORST experience today!! I ordered my food and politely asked for everything fresh said it twice at that. Got my food the tots were old and I was missing a burger and two tots! So I called back in told them I was missing food and it wasn’t fresh so the manager came out and said he would remake the whole order so everything could be fresh. Not to mention he had on pajamas smh! I said and waited about 20-25 minutes the tots still was fresh it’s like they just dropped them back in the grease or something. So I’m thinking I’d rather have a hot burger than to worry about tots. Just to get home and the burgers were OLD and dry as day. So I called the store the manager tried to argue with me that the food was fresh! I told him I was coming for a refund. Get to the store another “manager” is in pajamas and the store was nasty! It was just a horrible experience -0 I would not recommend Sonic on Parker Rd of Jonesboro AR!!

I visited this location last night on my way home from work. It’s not my normal sonic I stop at and now I know why. I came through the drive-thru and while I’m waiting for my order, all I can hear inside is the employees talking about someone. Profanity was being thrown around excessively and the employee was very rude. A different employee gave me my order but the employee cussing up a storm was an African American female who looked to be wearing a managers shirt. I’m not sure who she was talking about but I feel bad for whoever it was. An employee making fun of another employee for not having money is very sad and disgusting. I most definitely will not be back to an establishment when the employees are allowed to disrespect other emplyees in any manner.

Second time is a matter of months that I have come thru the drive thru and ordered an JR Bacon Burrito and get to the office and pull it out and it is loaded with sausage. If I wanted sausage, the n I would have ordered it. Called the drive thru and couldn’t understand who answered the phone and told her that I have had the wrong order repeatedly. Order 428343. And got hung up on.

This is by far the worst Sonic I’ve ever been too. Everytime i go the staff are really rude, the wait is way too long for 3 cars (30mins, yes, 30mins) and the food is usually cold. I would recommend literally any other sonic besides this one. They need to be shut down.

This Sonic is always a disappointment. Service is extremely slow, and they almost always mess up the order. It’s just this location I’ll drive an extra 10 minutes to another Sonic just to avoid coming here, even though this one is closest to my house. The staff also just doesn’t care, which makes the experience even worse

This is probably the nicest Sonic in town. The service is quick and the staff is usually friendly. They offer order ahead via the Sonic app and drinks are always half price through the app. This Sonic also offers a drive-thru if you don’t want to park in a stand or are in a hurry. Overall, not a bad fast food restaurant.
