My friend and I got gluten free pizza and it tasted great! There was a complication with my order and they called me and communicated and we came to a solution. When there was a an issue with delivery, instead of canceling my order they spent 15 minutes on the phone with me trying to find my address. Very kind people and great food!

I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to Rocco’s Pizza in Patchogue. The man behind the counter made several inappropriate and suggestive comments toward my wife while we were ordering. It made both of us extremely uncomfortable and completely ruined what was supposed to be a quick meal.
No matter how good the food might be, that kind of behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing business. We left immediately and won’t be returning. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it so that no other customers have a similar experience.

I have had New York style pizza in various parts of the country. This was my first in New York, Long island to be exact. I had the original cheese and a grandma slice.
The original was all I had imagined, thin, light and crunchy with a great chew. The best I have had. The grandma slice was good as well, just a different experience. The guys at Rocco’s were great and made the experience the five stars I gave them.

Rocco’s is phenomenal!! My husband loves all their food especially the pizza and chicken parm hero’s! They ALWAYS go above an beyond with my gluten free requests. I always order from them pizza or meals they always make it amazing for me. Recently I was craving Buffalo chicken pizza. Rocco’s not only made it happen but it was the BEST! They take the proper precautions to make sure everything going on my food is gluten free. I can’t write enough good things about this place and so so happy I started coming here when we first moved to Patchogue!

Food is decent, just moved in the area.. super close by so we’ve ordered a few times. Every time the order has been messed up a little bit in some way, but whatever. Last week I placed an order for pick up, I went to pick up, my total came to $80 even. I paid with my debit card, they asked me to sign the receipt. I put $0 in the tip and wrote the total as the original $80, and when handing back the receipt I told the cashier no tip on the card, as I was putting cash in the tip jar. He said okay thanks! The next day I happened to look at my bank account.. two charges. one for the $80 and a second charge for $20. I called about it, was told the manager wasn’t in and that they would have the manager call me.. 4 days later I never heard anything so I called again and asked for a manager.. they gave the phone to the same person who told me the manager wasn’t in.. he said “the guy” still wasn’t in and he couldn’t get in contact with him.. he asked me if I wanted to come in for food for credit or if I still wanted a call, I said I disputed the charge with my bank but I wanted a call from the manager still. He said he would give him my info again.. it’s been about a week.. haven’t heard anything from the “manager”. idk if this was an accident, or if someone there is trying to scam people.. but if I ever go back.. I will be paying cash only!

I called to order food. They called me back to ask about my order and I said no I did not order that I ordered 2 lasagnas and two slices and a pin wheel. They would up charge my Cesar salad from the house salad. Last time they never put salads in bag and I didn’t notice till I got home. So when I went to pick up order after an hour it still was not ready, had to wait another 20 minutes. Nothing offered for them messing up except a soda. I don’t drink soda.

This place has gone down hill so bad since they have changed owners. Every time i call in to order they just answer and leave me on hold for 20 minutes till i hang up. Why have a phone if you’re never actually going to talk to any customers through there? Bring back Rocco who actually cared about his customers.
