This place is lovely and quiet – perfect for a relaxed meal. The burgers are super tasty, with nicely toasted buns and juicy, well-cooked meat. The fries are also excellent. The seating is very comfortable, and the super-friendly staff do everything to make you feel welcome. The restaurant doesn’t have a big sign, but just look for house number 28 – it’s worth finding! 14 euros for burger, fries and a drink.

First time customers and we will definitely return. We both had the London burger and fries so I can only review 1 burger, but wow, that was OUTSTANDING (but very cheesy for sure!). It was so good that it will be difficult not to order it next time too. These burgers are more expensive than average but the quality is also better than the average burger place too. Absolutely loved it.

Don’t believe the reviews, they’ve clearly paid for them.
1. Guacamole – about a quarter of an avocados worth to a packet of cornchips.
2. Got the ‘lisbon’ which was a pork rib in the burger. Did not expect them to leave the bone in the burger… the meat was also dry. Burger came out cold.
3. The chips were cold and awful.
The service was good though, the girl who served us was polite and kind.
Should’ve just gone to maccas.

Is hard to find good customer service in Lisbon, But everyone here was super helpful and attentive, definitely very refreshing! The young man working there is very nice, and even though we only came for dessert we had a great experience. The churros are AMAZING! Definitely some of the best churros we’ve ever had. We’ll come back to taste the burgers for sure!

Needed a quick bite and my hotel recommended this place.
I liked the creative burger menu. I got The Rio. It was alright, but I found the halloumi distractingly salty.
The strawberry milkshake was a fail though. They put powdered milk in it, so it takes sour like yogurt. If you have had a milkshake in the US and liked it, don’t get one here. (My hotel specifically recommended it, so maybe local tastes vary.)
The prices were also quite high. Burger with fries and a shake I couldn’t drink was 25€. They charge as much for the ketchup as for the fries!
If you’re looking for a burger in Portugal, get the one at Nicolau. It’s much better!

Really great experience. Very attentive service by the young waiter/barman from Alexander (English translation).
Food was delicious, some interesting but delicious combinations. Everything was made fresh and quickly. Ridiculously great prices, would recommend the beer from Sinatra and would definitely say stop here if you’re in the area!!!
