Sound guy is AWFUL. Blows everyone out to the point you can’t hear any vocals clearly, and has everyone turned up as loud as possible making it a poor experience all around.

I’m the only one ordering food and it’s taking more than ten mins. The beer glass is dirty which you don’t realize until you get half done. Waiting to taste the food if it’s worth it… Received food around 13 mins. Sitting in a mostly empty place and the tables are still dirty.

Loved this place when it was on 14th. It’s still a great bar but shifted to a heavy metal vibe. I enjoyed the mix of music at the old location along with the karaoke. The new location is all metal and the music is a bit loud to the point you have to shout to talk. Gorgeous place though and the staff are amazing! The vibe just isn’t the same for me but still a great place to go if thats your thing.

A very conveniently located club in the heart of South Abilene. They feature a good compliment of local artists performing on a regular basis, the layout is open and comfortable with a separate area dedicated for the floor section in front of the stage. An upstairs area offers killer views of the stage and a comfortable setting to enjoy whatever event is taking place. Staff is generally friendly and the overall atmosphere is great. I look forward to having my eardrums blown out on a regular basis here.

Our first visit while attending a comedy show so I’m not sure what a regular day looks like at THE ZONE. Not to much to it outside but spacious inside. I have to admit, I did not have high expectations because it was also a bar, but this place was well lit and super clean. We are not big drinkers but everyone seemed to be having a good time. Many people were spotted getting buckets of beer, must have been a great deal. Would totally return for another event, otherwise chillin’ at a bar is not really our scene. Thx
