Poor customer service
coffee was not even as I described. It was a simple mocha frappe And she shut the window before she even completed our order.And giving are stuff, we had to ask for the last drink . It was not even busy busy were the only car in the driveway. 1/30/26 . 7 am right after you opened for the day

First visit to ANY Starbucks! The barista, Mallory, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable and personable and took the time to figure out what kind of coffee I would like. I was a Dunkin girl ALL the way and I mean daily!! I had a not so well customer service experience and thought I would try Starbucks instead, I’m hooked! The customer service is AMAZING! And coffee is excellent!!

They do not know how to make a caramel ribbon crunch. I’ve had a caramel ribbon crunch plenty of times at different Starbucks. They taste really good but at this location it taste just like milk, barely any caramel flavor just overall don’t know how to make it but they have good breakfast and good service so I won’t downgrade them too bad because they are Starbucks after all

I have ordered here several times and have to wait 15-20 minutes on an order after ordering 10-15 minutes ahead. They are either out of stock or products or short a person. It is getting ridiculous.

After more training had been done, service has truly become great! My coffee was made efficiently with great success, in person service was great as the cashier’s didn’t mine my asking for water and multiple purchases of snacks as I worked for hours inside the comfortable and attractive inhouse seating

The line moved fast, the baristas were very nice. Our drinks were perfect minus the caramel ribbon crunch stuff. Which is why I gave it 4. All in all tho I think it’s a great location.
