On Christmas Eve I was in the car lane for drive through. There were 2 other cars waiting to go into the drive through. Some guy came out and said they are closing at 10:30 and that I wouldn’t be able to get coffee. It was already 10:30. Who closes at 10:30? Also, did the two other people get turned away as well? Also, if you close at 10:30 and you have people waiting don’t you honor those people waiting because you didn’t come out a little early to let people know and cut off the line. He waiting until 10:30 on the dot to come out to tell us they were closing. Initially, he said they were closing at 11:00 and I said that it’s only 10:30 and he said…oh we are closing at 10:30…really?

Sorry I don’t know his name but the bald guy working in the mornings always makes mine and my coworker drinks wrong and we order the same drink every single day. Everyone else makes the drink perfectly fine and when he makes our drink it’s turns out terrible. I tried to show him my mobile order on my phone to make sure the ingredients are the same and he refused to look at my home. I do not want him making my drinks again and I will let them know next time I go in.

Came all the way out here and the workers are striking. It just epitomizes the dysfunction of the Portland metro area. So glad I’m leaving this place. I’m sure this Starbucks will eventually shutter, like their other ones around town.

I don’t normally drink coffee, but I was sleepy and had a 45-minute drive ahead of me. I asked the barista for suggestions. I had a white chocolate mocha, and it was delicious!! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The decor is plain, and sometimes this is nice ‐ and calming.

I’m not usually too picky about drinks but I was really disappointed with the drink I got at this location today. There was so much ice I could barely get the straw into the cup. When I finished it (which was quick since there was soon much ice), I noticed some berry pieces floating in it (presumably from the iced tea that the customer ahead of me got). I don’t drink much Starbucks anyway (support local!) but I won’t be stopping at this location again.

My granddaughter and her friend had gift cards and really wanted to get a drink from Starbucks. We went to the one in Raleigh Hills Valley Plaza. It was fun for the girls as they interacted with the staff as they got their orders. Even though the girls are younger, the staff treated them as though they were regular customer both with respect and patience. The drinks were just what the girls wanted, and they left happy. Highly recommend the location.
