Uninviting place to walk into. No greeting, and no name check at all if they were giving the right order to the right person. Ordered car side because I had kids in the vehicle and had to go inside because after 15 minutes no one came out. Oh saw one dude go on break and pass my vehicle with flashing lights. Not even a glance. Purple hair chick was rude and offered no apology or excuse like “our system is down.” Just total disregard for the customer experience. Not the first time this has happened either. I haven’t been able to use their car side service in the last 5 orders I picked up because they just outright refuse to bring it out. Last time just made an offhand comment about how my wife should have just come inside and why did she wait so long. Because we can’t leave the vehicle!!! Terrible service.
Oh and cherry on top, the pizza was wrong and looked like it had been thrown around so that was nice.

This place had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced on multiple occasions. I’ve had my order incorrect several times which I chalked up to their employees typically being teenagers. It’s just pizza, not that serious. The last time the employee was very rude when I asked for a time estimate as their tracker noted my order was ready for pick up. I also chalked this up to teenagers learning appropriate customer service. Tonight I had a very similar experience where the tracker stated my order was ready so I asked for a time estimate. The employee this time was an adult and was adversarial right off the bat. I can’t rationalize thus being due to a learning curve. It was completely unprovoked and unnecessary. I will never be back here or any other dominos. There is no excuse to allow a store to operate in this manner under such a large organization. They have tools and resources to do better.

The manager at this location thinks his staff being rude and disrespectful is funny. Trash people skills and terrible customer service skills. Lied that the phone number wasn’t their store when I went in to discuss his staffs behavior. He acted as though I called a different location. When I walked out, I could see him through the window pointing and laughing. Got around the corner and called the number again. Once answered I what location it was and the new staff member admitted it was the Thor location. Inadvertently revealing that the manager was lying. I have already reached out to corporate customer service department and the regional manager. Let’s see how much smiling he has when I enjoy my Karen moment!

So I don’t usually leave reviews but in this case I feel like it’s important to share since experiences was so bad as a brand new customer. I showed up to pick up two pizzas and was held by the owner and I needed to say he was rude and impatient and made it seem like the people behind me were more important than I was. Bottom line after getting the food home it was absolutely awful it was like eating pizza crackers I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. They don’t seem to care about quality and or customer service whatsoever!
