The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the young lady who offered to remake cheese sticks was nice. But overall experience was disappointing. I called and waited on hold for 5 minutes after receiving cheese sticks that were lacking in cheese I decided to drive to the papa John’s. Drive over there and was still on hold walked in and everyone looks at you like why are you here. Show the young lady the cheese sticks I received she was nice enough to remake them but they were much better. I don’t know if the employees were new but both were the worst order of cheese sticks I’ve ever received from this location. The photo attached has slightly more cheese than the ones I originally received

I can honestly say I had such a pleasant experience at this location. I ordered a pizza online and mistakenly removed the wrong pizza out of my cart, when I got to the location I noticed that the pizza was the opposite of what I needed. I spoke out loud to myself about it and the employee (Chelsea) heard me, and asked if everything was okay. I told her I made a mistake and chose the wrong pizza, she asked if I needed a replacement, and assured me that it wouldn’t be an issue for her to make another in a decent time. She did exactly that and both pizzas were AMAZING! I couldn’t wait to get to my destination so I grabbed a few slices in the car while I was driving and it was still piping hot. I am very pleased with the service I received.

This is the 2nd time in 1 week I have ordered from this location and both times my order was wrong and the delivery drive placed my order on the ground. There is literally a table and chair on my front porch and they placed it on the ground. Not to mention they don’t ever seem to make it the way I order. Terrible service. If you want Papa John’s, it would be in your best interest to stay far away from the 1 on South Reilly rd. They should be ashamed.

Ordering “deals” from the app was a breeze. Our pizzas were ready in such a short time. It’s hot, fresh, yummy, and lots of toppings. Crust is a perfect combination of crunchy and soft!

My food was hot on point and ready on time. Even with the manager dealing with a large order she and her employee managed very well. Couldn’t ask for a more beautiful pizza, Compared to other places it makes my food look so delicious I will be definitely coming back to this place.

Ordered 6 hrs in advance for a get together, with a specified time. Location is less than a mile away. Still showed up about 20 minutes late and not even the right crust. Due to it being late and having 10 hungry people waiting, it made no sense to call them and have them bring me the correct ones. Atleast they got the toppings right. Tell me, in what world is this “NY crust”?

I love Papa John’s but this location is so terrible it’s a shame. When I’m at work I order from the Hope Mills location on Main Street and talk about Night&Day!! The location in hope mills is always great and I’ve never had any complaints. This location however has let me down every single time. If I go for normal bake it isnt cooked correctly, if I opt for well done they burn it to a crisp. If I order half cheese half pepperoni they give me half cheese half pineapple. Like seriously!!! They always mess up an order. I’ll never buy another pizza from this location. I’ll stick to hope mills and if u can’t get it there I’ll eat something else.

I put in an order last min for a large group of people (15+ pizza with sides) They came through for us. Our staff said everything was delicious and they loved the variety! I called the manager with a small change with the soda and they remembered! Your team did amazing, thank you!

Has difficulty cutting the pizza completely. Makes excuses why pizza is not right. Constant employee change. Maybe look into why employees are unhappy and do a management ovehaul

EDIT: My original post was written 2 years ago. I have been ordering from them, and the crust is always hit or miss. Now, I JUST had a delivery from them and it’s not good. The crust is not fluffy, but rather almost looks like I ordered a thin crust pizza when I did not. It’s disappointing.
I recently moved from Raeford to Fayetteville. Tonight was our second time ordering from this location. The Raeford store makes awesome pizza. However, this location, both times ordering and the pizza is very thin and flat. There is barely any crust, and the crust that is there, is very thin and flat. It is not nice and fluffy. I don’t know what they are doing to make the crust flat and pizza flat and thin, but it is not enjoyable to eat. It’s bordering on being a thin crust pizza. On another note, the driver was polite and the breadsticks are good. But we might forgo ordering delivery next time and order carry-out from another location.
