This was my first time ordering from the Domino’s On London Boulevard and it is also my last time. I ordered four pizzas online But when I get there, there were only three. The young lady that brought the piece was unaware of it before I mentioned it. She said it would be a while before they could fix the fourth pizza. So I told her She could refund me for the other one. Also I noticed one of the guys that was preparing pizzas was on his phone. He put the phone down and started back putting the cheese on the dough without even stopping to wash his hands. I spoke to the lady that was handling order about that. Instead of refunding me the amount for the pizza that I didn’t get she canceled my entire order. I told her I didn’t want to cancel it I just wanted a refund for the one that I didn’t get. She rung it back up and said it was $50 for the three when the four pizzas that I had ordered online was just $30. I told her that and she said that I was doing too much. I will definitely not be ordering from this place again!

Update:
I ended up getting a hold of the manager, and he resolved the issue by giving me a refund. He was actually really nice, understanding, and easy to talk to. Other than that, everything else about this whole experience was still absolutely terrible.
This review is for the Domino’s at 1201 London Blvd in Portsmouth, VA — and for Domino’s Corporate — because the service and management at this location are completely unacceptable and damaging to the brand.
I waited over an hour and a half for a simple delivery order. The tracker showed my food stuck in “quality check” for more than 30 minutes, and when it finally arrived, the dough was raw in multiple spots. That’s a serious quality and food safety issue.
And I did not get my cheesy bread
I tried calling the store for a refund, but I couldn’t get ahold of anyone because nobody would pick up the phone. Not an employee, not a manager — nobody. This location clearly has no functioning customer service.
And the management needs to be held accountable. You don’t end up with raw dough, long wait times, and phones that never get answered unless the leadership is completely checked out. Whether it’s lack of training, oversight, or simply not caring, the management at this store is failing badly.
I will be visiting the store in person for my refund, since calling is pointless.
Domino’s Corporate needs to step in immediately. The poor management and lack of quality control at this location are hurting the Domino’s brand as a whole.

I ordered here for the first time and not only was the food bad but so was the service. I had the pizza delivered. I was told that it would be 30-45 mins so after that time had passed I went to check outside only to see my food placed on the porch. Brought it in and took out 1 slice to try it and it was terrible. Then I tried a wing, took a large bite only to find it wasn’t even done. After not getting an answer from calling, I took the pizza and wings back to the store myself and told them what happened. The staff were horrible. You can tell they were young kids because of the way they were acting about the situation. I was insulted by the heavy set caucasian guy and I will never order from here again. I will be contacting corporate about this matter.

Reviewing again my husband went to this store to try and fix their mistake by giving me a raw pizza just for them to completely deny him a refund or a remake of the raw pizza. They said it was against policy because part of the one piece of pizza was eaten. How else am I supposed to know its raw if I dont try it??? This is absolutely disgusting and not a single person apologized!

I’ve ordered the handmade pan pizza from the location in vb many times, best pizza I’ve ever had. First time ordering it in Portsmouth, and saying it was a disappointment is an understatement, it looked like the pizza was just mushed together and the person who made it couldn’t care less about the quality of the pizza, I took a slice off and the cheese was falling off the pizza itself and the crust under the pizza was in half. Worst pizza I’ve ever had, if you can make specials, don’t put them on the menu. Hellen Keller could’ve done a better job at making pizza.

Bout 3 days ago, I invited my friend to come see downtown and he wanted pizza so we went and got some. I’m not gonna press on this but 2 black ladies was giving my friend a hard time ordering I guess cause they was busy or something even though the store was empty and we only saw barley 3 orders online the screen but they were straight up rude. Thankfully we got the order thanks to this white dude who seemed like the manager cause he was actually polite and did not rush my friend who just got finished recovering from a car accident. Thank you my guy, we probably won’t visit here again.

Just ordered pizza about 20 minutes ago and James was our delivery driver, super nice guy and I didn’t realize when I placed the order our card didn’t go through, he was so kind and patient while we fixed it. The pizza got to us so quickly and everything tasted great! 10/10 customer service!

Waited over 2 hours for 3 medium pizzas just to get a raw pizza and im 3 months pregnant. Cant get anyone to answer the phone. Driver also did not apologize and had the audacity to ask for a tip. Been trying to call this store over 30 minutes. This is ridiculous.

They delivered the wrong order. I sat on hold for 20 minutes before deciding to drive up there with the food for a refund. When I got there, the parking lot was empty and lil buddy in the back was talking on his cell phone. Mistakes happen, but they just seem lazy. Waste of time fr.

RAW FOOD being handed out for a medium pizza with Parmesan bites and I only got half my pan pizza Hawaiian pizza when I ordered it all to be. Got home and took a bite and it looked a little flat to begin with but it was RAW DOUGH!!! DO NOT GO HERE IR ORDER FROM THEM! THIS IS DISGUSTING AND ALSO A HEALTH VIOLATION.
