I had shrimp Alfredo and it was delicious. The serving size was enough to share with a 2nd person and both be satisfied. They are not skimpy with the house made sauce. It is served with a salad and a piece of garlic bread. I substituted the salad for an extra garlic bread, which was so soft with just the right amount of garlic. The service is great. The waitress takes pride in her work and is very friendly.
They serve both Mexican and Italian food and on Sundays they also serve breakfast. Give them a try, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Service was awesome and the food was great. Interestingly had the restaurant to myself on a tuesday evening around 8pm? Wondering why this place isnt busier, no matter, the Al Pastor tacos and the margarita were made fine, and the chips and salsa were great.

We decided to try this restaurant as a birthday celebration for our friend. She is absolutely crazy about Mexican food! We walked in, and it was so hot. It was absolutely awful! We ended up keeping our menus to fan ourselves while waiting for our food. The salsa was so runny and the white dip they brought us tasted like mayonnaise. We had to keep asking for a refill of chips and drinks because the waitress did not take any empty bowls or cups and we had to constantly ask for it. Service was awful. However, the food was absolutely amazing! We will definitely do takeout! The sad part is I spoke to the girls upfront and had said that we were there for a birthday celebration and would have spent more money on drinks and I would’ve ended up getting desserts, but it was just too hot for us to even sit in there. We were told that the owner is called for somebody to come do work on the air conditioner last week and they hadn’t come and we’re supposed to come this week. That’s very unfortunate and I will probably give this place a try maybe one more time. But as of right now we will only do takeout!

I usually enjoy the nachos at Genesis and have ordered them a few times before, but this time they didn’t hit the mark. There were way too many jalapeños, and the balance just wasn’t the same as past visits. Genesis is still a good spot overall, but I didn’t enjoy the nachos this time.

When this was Rusticana, everything was really good. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Went there for lunch, and everything was wrong. The salsa had a “unique” taste to it, but not in a good way. We ordered an Italian sub, a slice of Sicilian meat pizza, and French fries. The pizza was ice cold in the middle, and even after asking them to heat it up, it still wasn’t hot. Both myself and my wife were nauseous after leaving even though I had 1 bite of pizza, and she only ate a couple of bites of sandwich. I usually do not eat at places that serve 2 different styles of food, and this is why. Concentrate on doing one style good before crossing over to something else.

We stopped in for a late breakfast. We had previously had a mediocre experience at their previous location so hadn’t returned. We were pleasantly surprised by the improvement. Food was fresh, hot and brought out quickly. Will be back in the future for breakfast (and will also need to try the menu items for lunch/dinner). The only complaint was that hot chocolate was listed on the menu but the server stated they don’t have it.

Stopped in while on the road between OC and Annapolis to get a snack. Ordered fish tacos and the staff were very gracious and helpful. Food was served quickly. Nice an fresh. Another customer’s fajitas smelled and looked amazing. Would definitely stop in again.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Genesis! This is first and foremost a Mexican restaurant. However, they were able to also add fantastic Italian food to their menu as well. If you are looking for a good pizza their pizza is fantastic! Another pleasant surprise was that the menu prices were quite affordable. The restaurant is clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and does a fantastic job. You won’t regret visiting Genesis.

We were in Easton downtown for the first time and stumbled across this great little multi cuisine shop. The food was good and the service was good. Easton is beautiful so sitting outside and eating was a good plus for us. Try it out. We will again. One side note and advice for the kitchen, cook the sausage until tender. It’s tough when it comes out. An hour or two in the steamer or some sauce will do the trick.

Wow. I’m gonna go ahead and say it, but this is the best pizza I’ve had on the Eastern Shore. More details to come, but wanted to get that out of the way first. My wife and I popped in for dinner on a Monday evening, after getting a recommendation from some friends. We weren’t expecting such a comprehensive menu, with tons of awesome options for whatever mood you’re in. The chips and salsa were great, and they serve a lime crema with them that is AMAZING. My wife got the al pastor tacos, and they were absolutely loaded, with a ton of grilled onions, pineapple, and great pieces of pork. I was feeling a bit more adventurous, and was craving a pizza that I used to serve at a restaurant I worked at, and Veronica, our EXCELLENT server was more than happy to oblige and make me an off-menu specialty, and it was truly great. The crust on this pizza was nearly perfect, with a great crunch, good flavor, and plenty of toppings. I’m already looking forward to going back and trying some of the other things iny the menu, like the burgers and Tortas.
PS: If you want to try something amazing and a little different from what you usually have, get a plain white pizza with spinach and finely chopped tomatoes, then have them top the pizza with an order of fried calamari, and then drizzle it with the crema sauce. Just ask for a Ryan, and enjoy!!
