Not sure what happened but it is not attractive appetizing or in any way good. Blech waste of gas time and money ….. the picture from their advertisement that I ordered based on…. Next to what was received…. One of these things is not like the other……

We have been going to this Domino’s for 3 years now. The product is definitely going down in quality. I ordered 3 medium 2 topping pizzas. All 3 were burnt. The thin crust was so burnt that the whole outer portion of the pizza was inedible. Tried calling to get some answers and they don’t answer the phones. Not the first time this has happened but will definitely be the last. Not really impressed.

I tend not to leave bad reviews, and hope no employee takes this personally. But I’m close to being done with Paris tn Dominos.
In every area the quality has gone down.
Pizza with no cheese or toppings on 50% of it. Being told it’s not done after waiting long past the TRACKER time. And with no effort to compensate or make it right.
Again. Lots of great folks work there, I’m not sure what’s happening, just letting you know.

My son will only eat Dominos pepperoni pizza and they always have a 7.99 coupon so it is a fair price. The store itself is set up just to order and go like most pizza places but i love their app because it gives you a play by play of what is happening with your order. It is always fast and good. Would definitely recommend.

Most horrible Domino’s experience ever. $45 order was wrong… one pizza completely wrong & the other was cold & burnt. Called to let them know and it was like I had called the circus!! Person that answered had ZERO customer service skills. The 4th!! time I told her what was wrong, she proceeded to argue with me about what I had ordered and what was supposed to be on it. Finally said will have another one delivered (only the one that was completely wrong…did nothing about the one that was cold & burnt) …and said “it will be there in 15-20 or 10 or 20-25 minutes”… I asked which is it?? She said ok & hung up. …it was 31 minutes and the pizza order was still wrong!! It is not that hard to take an order, complete the order, and then deliver it. It is basic & simple.
Horrible service…food was worse. Never order from there again. Doesn’t even deserve one star rating, but that is the lowest option.

Higher prices for less food. We ordered delivery tonight; pizza, specialty chicken and pasta. The pasta was less than half an order and dry. The chicken was less than an order. Highly disappointed.

I ordered a large cheese bread sticks I have ordered here before and there excuse is they’re training people if I trained someone and the customer said large order of cheese bread sticks that’s what th customer would get. I will never eat here again because they get smart with you and I was always taught customer was always right. HEY DOMINO’S REDUE YOUR MENU SO IT SAYS CHESSE BREAD STICKS COME IN ONE SIZE.

My pizza has been out of the oven and in quality check for over 30 mins. What is the point of ordering a hot pizza if its going to sit out. I will not be using this dominoes nor any other dominoes. I will move on to one of the many other competitors. Horrible experience.

The domino’s pizza in Bolivar Tennessee, where do I start? Most of my experiences before have been horrible. I have spoken to very rude people who act like they are doing you a favor by selling you pizza in the past, it was horrid! Rude people, it has taken them an hour and twenty minutes to delivery food and I live nearly 2 miles away. I have called to complain to management and was met with contempt, I have been inside to pick up my order and was looked at like I came from the moon. I have gotten cold pizza and quit ordering for a while. Recently delivery has been much better and I have gotten hot food. I hope management has changed. I wish I could say better as this is the only pizza delivery in my town, and I can’t say every experience has been a regret especially the last three times I have ordered but before I think they should have been shutdown. Keep up the work I have seen the last few times I have ordered and be successful but slide back to rude employees, hateful managers, hour and a half wait times and cold food and you will have to close in a year.
