This is the worst McDs I’ve ever been too. Thus is not even a mcdonalds, its a grab and go store.They do NOT want you in the inside. There is no customer service at All, so you dont stay. Its sad how unwelcoming and cold this store is. There is no one at the counter. Used the machine to order. Selected dined in. My food still came in a bag with no napkins and cold fries. Went to the counter where there was no one. Waited and had to walk around the counter to the kitchen to ask for assistanc.. They do not refill drinks at this location. I will not return to this location again. Our town definitely deserves better.

I never leave reviews for fast food — ever — but this new McDonald’s genuinely deserved it. I went through the drive-through, and from the very first moment, the service was unbelievably polite, kind, and caring. You can feel the difference immediately. They actually treated me like a person, not just another order.
The food was fresh and great, but honestly the customer service is what sets this location apart. You can tell the team here takes pride in what they do.
For anyone reading reviews: remember this location is brand new, and the team is doing an incredible job. Their kindness and effort absolutely deserve recognition.

This was such a weird experience!
I was sent to pick up a McDonald’s order for a patient… you have to order by a machine and there’s no drink station. There’s signs up they don’t allow refills for anything. And some machines only take cash. There’s no play place or ketchup dispensers or anything like I remember a McDonald’s having.
They don’t even have napkins dispenser! You gotta ask for those and pay extra for more than 5
Lol I feel like I woke up in a different world.
And then I went to throw away trash and there are no/zero garbage cans outside! Not near the drive through, not any place in the parking lot, not even next to the building or doors.
This was the strangest McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. It feels they don’t want you to physically go inside, maybe McDonald’s wants to be a drive through place only in the future?
I don’t think I will be back any time soon or ever, how sad as this place is pretty new.

Just ordered on DoorDash. My home is incredibly close, yet my fries arrived ice cold. Milkshake had no whipped cream and tasted funny. Will never make this mistake again of assuming the food would taste good.

Worst customer service through the drive-through could not comprehend what I was ordering. When is the basic order of just two number nines one without pickles maybe that tripped her up? Then she asked, what are you wanting in a really rude tone, and then told me not to have an attitude! Fries were terrible absolutely zero salt on them tasted like grease. Service was extremely slow saw multiple employees just standing around. The only good thing in this place was the nice Young guy that was working in the first drive-through window not the one taking the orders.

The first thing my kids noticed was that there’s no drink station to refill drinks. The customer service is extremely poor. You can’t get ahold of anyone unless you walk into the back where the kitchen is because no one is ever up front. Team members can’t even see the counter from where they are cooking and preparing food so there’s zero customer service. It takes entirely too long to get your order and when you do, they don’t ask if we need anything before they speed off to the back where no one is ever seen again until they bring another order out to a customer. I stood at the counter to get ketchup packets for a ridiculous amount of time before I saw someone to hauler at to please come help me.
Atmosphere was lacking as well. At least play some music or something. Should have just ate at home.
I’d wanted to give zero stars but the food wasn’t bad, so thats what the one star is for.
Update to add a review for second visit. It took 20 minutes to get my order in the drive thru. Two cars ahead of me and only one family in the lobby. Ridiculous. A lot of people come to McDonald’s for “fast food”. I could have went to a nice restaurant and gotten my food in the same amount of time.

It’s the new future McDonald’s. Pretty soon so will take over and robots will do all the work here. Even making the food, delivering it, and providing customer service. I’ll travel to the other stores even Madras before this one unless I shop at goodwill.

Took my family to check out the new location and it was ok.. Could use more workers in the lobby to make customers feel welcomed. Food was good. My only complaint and reason for not coming to this location more frequently in the future would be they do not offer drink refills.
