Quality has really gone down at this location. I got a large reeses blizzard and it had no chunks in it. Just specs of peanut butter. I nicely asked the employee if I could just have a little more to dump in the top. She tried to ring me up for extra topping. I showed her there was none in mine and she said there was nothing she could do. She refused to refund or do anything. For almost $8 thats crazy. Talked to a manager the next day who said it was definitely not made right and took down my information and said theyl gm would reach out with a refund or voucher and they would talk to the employee. They never reached out. About a month later I went back (last week) and the same thing happened. This is the only dairy queen Ive ever had an issue with. Added pictures from both recent visits.

I’ve come to this location several times and like most people I’ve got my order. I first discovered it at this very location. I really wanted a banana and peanut butter shake and the lady said well we have all those things and did it for me. It was awesome and I’ve always gotten them no problem ever since until today. Apparently there is some new policy where they can only use their bananas for a banana split and nothing else. They just refused to use free thought and creativity and put these things together and blend it. It was just such an odd experience and not one person had any kind of customer service to just solve the simple issue. It felt like a weird power flex over a banana?? I even offered to pay for a banana split or extra for it to no avail. Bad customer service and did I mention they were dead with 3 employees and we were the only customers.

Love this place but sometimes the ice cream cones sizes are inconsistent. I put 2 large icecream cones side by side in a picture. There is a noticeable difference.

My cashier, believe her name was Rachel was extremely rude. From the moment I walked through the door she had an attitude, didn’t even welcome us. Had sass the entire time and couldn’t even tell me why the gift card wouldn’t work.
Asked if she could confirm it, she just DEATH stared and waited for another payment. Asked for a receipt and still wouldn’t give me

She was extremely unpleasant and shouldn’t be working a counter with the amount of attitude she gave to every customer that walked through (I wasn’t the only one). I go there often and never have had such horrible experiences but she seems to be an issue every time we go. We will not be coming back to this location

We were confused at first. Due to the store being open. Others were as well. The process was call and your treat is brought to your car. We called and the blizzards came out in a few minutes. Credit cards only. Thumbs High.

I go there about once a month and they never disappoint! Fast service, friendly employees and clean inside & out. I recommend the peanut butter milk shake. Be WARNED though once you have the shake, nothing else will come close.

I’ve been going to this location for a long time and basically grew up in blue ash. They do have good service and get what you need aside from them not accepting coupons and etc. But I wanted to write about staff, sometimes they’re nice and sometimes they’re naive or have an attitude. The staff I see most of the time I go are mostly young girls which I don’t have a problem with but yesterday I took my sister to get ice cream and she has autism so she tends to get excited over simple things and one of the girls was making faces as if she was thinking what’s wrong with her. One of the girls that helped us was very nice and didn’t do that at all. Hopefully this location can do more training and have better management on how to not do certain things like that towards customers because like I said there young and need to be taught.

I love Dairy Queen do to the strawberry cheesecake Blizzard. I love the convenience of the location in addition to the customer service provided. Even though there were multiple customers in line, I felt when it was my turn to order, the employee did a good job and make me feel comfortable with asking questions and confident and answers they responded back to me. The facility was also clean and I wasn’t worried to sit down and eat if I had to.
