This is my absolute favorite location! The staff members, every single one of them, are amazing! They arrive to work with smiles and work hard every time I see them. It gets crazy at lunch but they work as a well oiled machine and knock out the rush! I would recommend the frosted beverages: frosted lemonade and frosted coffee; DELICIOUS!

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Latoya. She was absolutely wonderful in helping me place my catering order.
I was on a time crunch today and she made sure everything was ready when I arrived. All of my requested were fulfilled down to the tee.
She also realized that I accidentally placed my catering order for 9/10 when it should have been 9/9. She proactively called me 20 mins prior to my arrival to confirm it was for 9/10. When I realized the mistake, she was able to put a rush in and have everything prepped upon my arrival. Thank you Latoya!

Ordered online because they take too long worst mistake they took too long request a refund did not get my refund only was told to call the number on my paper cause it’s a mobile order then told a card refund to number not even mine smh . So not good and I didn’t get my refund I can say the lady was polite but didn’t solve my issue .

if i could give this place 0 stars i would !! i never had a problem with the other Chick Fil A locations but this location forgot my order & didn’t give me what i paided for ! i had use doordash i ordered 3 meals & i got 2 out 3 meals. i was missing the kids meal i order & i know the doordasher didn’t take it because the bag was highly secured & sealed close. & i couldn’t even get a refund for it being missing. highly disappointed!!! like how you forget a damn meal …

I was waiting for food after ordering. I wasn’t doing or saying anything. The owner of this branch handed out orders to the customers who were waiting. When she walked past me she glared at me as if she disliked that I was in her presence. It was completely uncalled for. I didn’t even order from her but from one of her staff. I was also polite as I go out of my way to be nice. Her staff is great but she is horrible. I don’t know what her deal is but if she looks at me that way again then I will be saying something to her on the spot. She is very nasty.

PICK UP YOUR PHONE PEOPLE. I had a delivery order on uber eats from apparently this terrible location and i got the wrong food. Whats funny is, I got the right drinks and it literally has the receipt ticket of all i ordered on the drinks however the food has a different receipt ticket labeled as “Skylar” and literally nothing what i got.

Just like Anya Nymus that reviewed here I also had a very disrespectful encounter with the manager. She is like a really snobby uppety type of white lady who cuts her eyes in the most hateful of ways. I ordered a milkshake in which I waited for immediately and did not leave. NOONE called my name or anything and when I ask the manager about it she says nothing, turns her back to me, snatches it off of the rack where they put Togo orders and rudely says In the most sarcastic of ways “have a nice day” with her head cocked to the side and her eyes glaring like she wanted to assault me or something. I order there a lot and she has this robotic way of being polite to people in which it’s just a rehearsed reaction she presents as she hands ppl orders. The same thing over and over, as soon as it’s something out of the ordinary for her she can’t help but to show her true colors. She is almost venomous with her demeanor. I suggest noone eat there. There’s a Panera next to them in which ALL their staff and managers are polite and friendly as they come in food service.

Worst location in Fayetteville- ordered a vanilla milkshake and waited a long time for it. I had to call inside the facility and ask for it. Once it was delivered. It was melted down and watery. I didn’t even eat it.

Food was cold. I called to let the staff know. It was as if the lady on the phone didn’t believe me and she needed to know what day I will come back for a fresh meal. She was not very accommodating but did say I could come back for a fresh meal. Not sure why I had to be specific with when I would be back because i was inconvenienced. I was shocked because the food is usually fresh.
