I got chicken tenders gravy biscuits Mac and cheese coleslaw and potatoes wedge’s. The biscuits are hard as a rock even the dog would not eat it. Mac and cheese was overcooked. And the gravy tastes like dirt. I will never go back to that place

how is this place still open? they’ve never gotten my order right. for example, i just ordered a pot pie and they sent me a famous bowl? not even close to the same thing. i’m not usually one to leave a bad review but it is EVERY SINGLE TIME i get food here that it is wrong. when the brownies came out, they served me a frozen pan of brownie batter! and then the manger told me it “comes like that” (called corporate, no it does not) corporate needs to check on these people.

I placed an order for eat in, waited 25 mins while watching several other customers come in order and leave with food. By the time I finally got back to the counter, the lady working was extremely apologetic, but the manager on duty acted annoyed that I was asking for a refund. Waiting 30 mins to not even have the food started at a fast food restaurant is insane, but to be treated as if I was asking for something impossible is even worse. The service and food at this location is never outstanding, but tonight really takes the cake.

It was the worst service. They didn’t have the pot pie so I had to go out and ask my husband what he wanted instead. There was one person in front of me. I ended up waiting over 20 mins before anyone came back out to take my order. I got the 3 chicken tenders one I was so small you couldn’t even call it a piece of meat. I never got any dipping sauce which is part of the price of the meal. There were no napkins in the to go order or any silverware to eat with.

The food here is good – nice moist chicken, creamy mashed potatoes and Love their coleslaw! And biscuits! It just isn’t always consistent and the employees aren’t the friendliest. But for a fast chicken meal, it’s good. The Fill-Up boxes are Great – $7 for a meal with a drink is an unbeatable value. And if you do have a problem, KFC is quick to make it right. They refunded one of our meals recently, because I let them know one of the Fill-Up boxes was missing the biscuit and the dessert pastry was rubbery. So we’ll give them another chance. It would be nice if the employees were friendly, it’s sad that they hate their jobs that much. But that’s kind of the way it is at a lot of places lately.

Well, let’s see. I walked in and few minutes later the cashier young lady comes up with a cute smile. Super friendly lady if you ask me. We put our order my little brother and I. She was very sweet. Things turned to worse when we got home. My brother ordered a crunch wrap with a soft taco and a cheesey gordita crunch. The crunchwrap barely had anything in it along with the taco, but the gordita was perfect. My chicken was dry as cardboard extra crispy and it was dark meat, I ordered 3 pc thighs. I called several times over the past few hours and got no answer. This place has definitely gone right down hill to hell in a shopping cart.
