Twice now I’ve ordered pizza and had my ordered cancelled on me. I would maybe understand if it were right before closing but no, this was hours before.
Not only could I not get what I ordered but once even lost out on a free pizza that when I went back to use said it had already been claimed.
I typically have enjoyed pizza from this location but lately it’s just been bad service.

Ordered pizza online. Three topping special with double pepperoni and beef. When I got the pizza it only had beef on it. I called them and they tried to make it right. Sent the right pizza the second time but it wasn’t cut. Just a whole pizza. Is making a pizza and or cutting it that difficult? The pizza tasted good but I gave 2 stars instead of one because the delivery driver was awesome.

Order delivery they sent raw dough or bad dough pizza. I asked for light sauce and well done, but the pizza was still dough and extra sauce added on. I asked for them to come pick it up and the manager stated they can remake it or get a credit. I opted for a credit because it was almost 11 pm and they were closing. I tried use my credit, and the when we received our pizza it was a mess. The manager Ashely, stated that they are two busy to make our pizza correctly. Which makes no sense, I paid money for a custom pizza order, and you say that you are too busy to make it right?

I was wrote up even after I explained how my septum piercing falls under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act regarding workplace attire and religious accommodations. So here’s some pictures of the actual health hazards there. There’s mold all by the sink where the dishes are kept. The can opener blade is rarely cleaned or washed. The dust on the dish racks has generally been worse in the past. Corporate is always trying to find a way to cut costs while adding more labor onto its workers. And I heard that the mold was painted over in the past, so even if they “clean” it on the outside, there will still likely be mold spores under the paint.

I got a pizza from the Milgen Road store for lunch around 1:00 yesterday (3/30) & the employee was very friendly and fast and my pizza was PERFECT! The pepperoni was perfectly crispy…. I was only supposed to eat 3 slices… well it was a small and I ate the whole thing but it was delicious and I couldn’t help it! Give that employee a raise! It’s a big deal for me because that was the 3rd time I bought lunch this week (1st time at PJs tho) but it was the ONLY lunch I had that I was satisfied with and it was the cheapest! Felt good to not feel like I had wasted my money and felt even better to actually be satisfied after my meal!

I ordered a Pizza and I accidentally selected BBQ sauce instead of pizza sauce. It was completely my fault, but the employees were super nice and remade the pizza even though it was my fault.

We ordered online. I ordered a Large Cheese pizza with the new cheddar cheese crust. When we got home with the order it was a supreme pizza instead. I called back to the store and was going to just have my daughter pick up the correct pizza since she had to drive past there. They refused and said the only way they could remake or refund was if I brought the supreme back. We brought it back and had to wait on the remake only to be given the wrong pizza again, but had to deal with it because we weren’t waiting even later to feed our family.

I reviewed this location before getting our food. (We always order from this location for convenience) I was so disappointed with a Papadia ordered for my daughter, it was ordered w/o peppers Xtra steak. I was a sad sad sandwich. I didnt visit Papa John’s I was at Mr. V’s BBQ. I use to frequent his food truck before I moved to TX. When I returned I didnt see the food truck on Buena Vista Road. He is located in this plaza now.
